  • I was hesitant, but...
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 120
They work great! We have a very rambunctious GSD who is 11 weeks old. I was hesitant to use these, but they have worked well in these ways: 1 - When we need to leave for a couple hours, these help with his separation anxiety. He whines and barks for about a minute, and then he's calm the rest of the time. We have been working on crate training, and I think these treats have helped him learn that his crate is his calm place. 2 - When he has a hard time settling for bed, these treats are great. He calms and falls alseel in his crate after about 10 min. 3 - When I'm trying to train him and he's super energetic, I give him 1/2 of one of these. It calms him just enough to focus on what I'm trying to teach him. BE CAREFUL not to go overboard with these. For my 21 lb pup, I won't give more than 2 total in a day. I gave him 3 one day (throughout the day - not all at once), and he was pooping a lot more than usual. It wasn't diarrhea, but frequent poops do make potty training a bit more challenging. ... show more

  • My dogs love them

My dogs absolutely loved this product! It helps them mellow out on trips and helps them with thunderstorms. They are really soft treats and smell good.

  • Works great! But not for the dog who needs it...
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 120
I bought this for my husky who has had anxiety attacks and seizures after he became temporary blind from flea and tick meds. Unfortunately it did not work for him but it did work on my other husky who didn't need it. So it'll work on some dogs, I guess some have a resistance to it. Also both dogs are of similar weight and are not related. ... show more

  • It works
Flavor Name: Bacon Size: 120
My dogs (multipe) all have this as an evening treat. it works by keeping them calm through all sorts of scary noise like fireworks, sirens, gun shots in a distance ( we live in a hunting area)

  • Works great

Makes my dogs cool and calm but not when they are in the vehicle only at home.

  • My dog loves them but I don’t.
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 120
For the most part I like these. Other brands my dog just spits out so I would have to put them in his food but these I can give to him like treats and he loves them. They smell fine, not too potent or bad smelling. My problem though, is that they don’t last that long before I have to basically throw half of the container away. With 120 chews I would expect them to store at least 60 days (which would make sense with the instructions saying no more than two per day) but there’s something that has started growing on the treats. Those white spots and specks aren’t normal. This is my second container that I’ve bought with this problem so this time I made sure to check the treats when I first opened them and confirmed everything looked normal. I don’t know if I can justify buying these again if I have to throw out half of the container only a month after opening them. ... show more

  • Worth a purchase
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 120
I had previously purchased calming chews from petco and when I got them home I decided to look up reviews and saw HORRIBLE reviews stating some dogs had seizures after taking them, so I immediately returned them, did a ton of research, and finally felt comfortable giving this brand a try. I tried this product on all 3 of my dogs before a thunderstorm. I have an 8 year old blue heeler that can’t stand thunder, loud cars, wind, and even planes that fly by. She barks her head off like crazy. She’s 38 pounds and I gave her 1 chew, it says 2 for dogs over 26 pounds but wanted to try out a smaller dose first. And 1 chew did the trick! She stayed calm and even slept through the entire storm. I also gave half of a chew to my 4 month old Aussie puppy because he also gets nervous during storms and it worked perfect for him as well, he weighs 18 pounds. The only one it didn’t seem to work for was my 2 year old chi-Pom mix that’s 7 pounds, I’m not sure if it’s because I gave him a quarter of a chew but made him seem a little more on edge than usual, and even a little more hyper. But since the larger dogs have more anxiety than him typically (surprising for the Breed I know) I think I’ll stick to just using these for them. I consider these treats a success! My suggestion is try a smaller portion than the recommended dose and see how your dogs react to it, and as always with trying a new product with dogs supervision and research is key! ... show more

  • Worked on the ones that ate it
Flavor Name: Chicken Size: 120
I got these for the move to our new home, which was about 2 1/2 hours away from our temporary residence. We ended up being in the temp for several months while waiting for our home to be completed, and that in and of itself was a very trying time for all of my furbabies!! None were very thrilled with the temp move, especially with it lasting as long as it did. But, for those of my babies that actually would eat these, they worked very well. I was pleased with that, as were they. The joy of moving long distances with several pets can be overwhelming not only for you, but the pets most especially. I have 5 cats and 1 dog. I broke the pieces in half to give to the cats, though only 2 would eat them. And the dog got hers per label instructions. The reason I broke them up before feeding to the cats was because per the label instructions, they are for dogs alone. However, the photos show both a cat and dog on the front of the label. And the description that I read before ordering stated that they can be used for both cats and dogs. But, label instructions are generally better information than a seller description. By the time I got the chews, it was too late in the move to try to get anything else to give to them, so I just broke them apart and watched my babies very carefully to be sure they weren't in any distress. I can happily report that there were absolutely no negative reactions at all! Well, aside from most of them not even trying them, but that's not very surprising for my crew. Like their mom, they are very picky about what they eat. I was thankful that they did help the babies that are them, it made for a slightly quieter drive. I was disappointed that the description was not the same as the label, but as I said, I had no adverse reactions due to this difference. If you have a nervous dog, this will most definitely help! Although I did use them with 2 of my cats, I don't know that I would recommend anyone else doing the same, as the label clearly states for dogs only. I was lucky and had no problems, but I would hate for someone else to have an issue with their babies because of the inconsistencies!! Be well ... show more
