Product was easy to complete the mostly done assembly, and I am a disabled 62 year old female. Elliptical is very quiet and, while I am a big woman, use of the elliptical feels solid and is smooth. Update- it’s been a year and it still works great. I use it 15-30 mins three times a week (130 lbs, 5’4). The elliptical was well packaged and easy to assemble. I am very impressed. The product itself is worth the value. It is quiet and works well so far. If you are on a budget and looking for a simple elliptical workout, this is great. Purchased this in hopes of getting a good elliptical machine but not satisfied with it and all the hiccups along the way. I use this machine at least 4 days a week and each time comes a mechanical issue with noises I can’t seem to correct or fix. My best friend recommend me to bought this 95% Pre-installed elliptical exercise machine.I have everything else needed for a home gym. Due to arthritic knees, the exercise bike and treadmill are sometimes painful. I like it so much,this is the closest home elliptical machine I've seen yet that is comparable to commercial, high use units in gyms.It came packaged well, no dings or scratches, with major parts 95% pre assembled, super nice! It is very compact for what it is. It tucks nicely out of the way into the corner of the living room.I like the different resistance levels and that you don’t have to plug it in as well. We've had this machine for a few months now. Overall, both my husband and myself really like the machine. I do wish it had a longer stride but it's not a deal breaker because it gets us moving especially over the winter months. I also like that it doesn't need to be plugged in, it's not oversized so it fits nicely in our small bedroom, and it's a good basic workout machine. It has enough settings to challenge your muscles and is very quiet. It did start clunking after two weeks and I contacted customer service. Here is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. Customer service did respond to my email the next day and she took the information to pass along to her boss. The boss emails me the next day but it was a Russian email account. Sorry..... but I'm not comfortable with that. It might just be me ,but I'm not trusting with all the data breaches etc. My husband took it apart to look at the belt (which isn't real easy) but all looked fine and couldn't figure where the clunking noise was coming from. We had leveled and re-leveled it and that didn't seem to make a difference. We also didn't see any parts that were loose or out of place. A few weeks after that, the noise completely stopped. who knows if it was just a piece of dust or perhaps a part settling in. In any case, it's quiet again. All in all, we do like it and recommend to anyone on a budget (who isn't these days) and wants to add an elliptical to their routine. ... show more

I bought this machine because of all the good reviews which I have found are right on. This is a great home elliptical machine. It doesn't take up a lot of space and is sturdy and smooth. I am a 70 year old woman and I was able to move the entire box with a hand cart then drag it up my deck's ramp & inside. Assembly directions are clear, assembly is simple (all tools are supplied) and it took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this product. ... show more
