This chair came in a decent amount of time and was well packaged. Assembled it last night with minimal help from my fiance. Only took 15-20 mins to assemble once I pulled everything out and read through the instructions. I bought it to replace my old chair in my office. Today is the first day I've used it and it is only lunch time. But so far I really like this chair. The quality is excellent. Stitching all seems good. The material on the grey one feels like buttery soft leather. Bottom is nice and cushy and back very supportive. Arms are decently solid, though I don't think I would want to put a ton of pressure on them. My 8 year old likes to push down on chair arms while he is watching what I do. I definitely won't let him with this chair. I have no complaints about the chair itself. But on to the chair and me personally...For my body type, the chair arms are too wide apart - I'm a 5'3", 170lb woman. When I use the arms, my elbows stick out away from my body. Also, they are about an inch or so too high for me. So far today, I've just pushed them up out of the way. The chair seat is also a touch deep for me. When I sit all the way back, the front edge of the seat pushes into the backs of my knees. On a good note, this makes it big enough that I can sit criss cross applesauce easily. The only other con for me is there seems to be some static electricity on the chair. Every time I get up, I can feel the static and once it was enough to shock me. Not a huge deal, I'll wipe it with a dryer sheet to see if it helps. Overall, I really like this chair and will be keeping it as long as nothing drastically changes over time. ... show more

The chair arrived on time. It's a beautiful, comfortable chair. Based on other reviews, I thought it might be more cream color than white. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it's more on the white side of cream. My grandson (who has his room set up as a semi music/recording studio) and his grandfather both share the computer. The "liftable" arms work great. My grandson likes them up when he's playing his guitars, and my husband likes them down when he's playing on Facebook or YT. It's a VERY comfortable chair for padding, height, weight, etc. We haven't seen or experienced any of the negatives others have mentioned. Oh...and it only took our son maybe 30 to 45 minutes to put it together, and there were no missing parts. ... show more

First of all the chair is very comfortable, however, I ordered the gray one first and it’s definitely like a blue. Since the chair was so comfortable, I decided to order the cream. It’s yellow And it’s sitting on the chair that’s supposed to be gray. You can see it’s more blue than gray. Unfortunately, neither one matches so I’ll have to return them.. ... show more

Great office chair. My back was killing me in my old chair, so I researched this one and couldn’t be happier. I’ve used it today and have been so comfortable. Putting it together was super easy. The material is very soft and beautiful. I love the adjustable arms and that they are shorter in length than my old chair which were always in my way.
