At the price I bought them for (~$27), for two of them, I really couldn't complain. Built well, charge well, and look good while doing it. The device is very easy to use. I would say plug and play, but NOTE!! You will need to buy fast charger USB wall plugs to use these to their full potential. If you buy these and use your old Android or iPhone charger that isn't fast charging compliance, it wont work right. Buying those ran me another $10-15 and a couple days to wait to use them. Once plugged in, you aren't pestered with unnecessary status LEDs which I quite appreciate. When you plop your phone down before bed, you are greeted with a bright green bar across the bottom that will stay lit for a couple seconds before turning off to let you know your device has been registered and is charging. Depending on your device you may have to move it around a little to find to the sweet spot. For example, my airpod pro case I have to turn sideways so that it hits the wireless charger in the right way to start charging. I couldn't really rate it super high for travel use as it isn't really the shape to make for easy stowing. However it isn't so large you couldnt tuck it into a bag. Personally would just rather throw a basic wall charger in a side pocket. ... show more

    • Wow - charges right through my pleather case!
I would like to share a photo - but have to take it with another device. My charging port has been touchy - more so lately and this charger is a life saver! The only thing I would like is for the cable to be a bit longer, but other than that it is great to be able to leave my case on (wallet style) while it charges! It also seems to have a fairly large or flexible 'sweet spot' (note...when vertical/portrait) so I don't have to maneuver it to get it stay charging. Love it so much I just got two more for my in-laws! (Edited...just for review....Not able to charge horizontal/landscape through case yet.) ... show more

PHONE CHARGING CRADLES - IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW... I have always hated charging my iPhone.... plugging it in...unplugging it. It wouldn't have been been so bad, but after a while the charging cable would get old and I'd have to jiggle it to make it connect... or replace it. I had heard about wireless chargers and never paid much attention but finally decided to find out more about them. I found a pair of cheap ones on Amazon and thought I'd try them. The pair of them sells for $26.99 (I bought mine on a sale for $21.59) and I had relatively low expectations. I love them! You just set the phone in the cradle... a bright green band of light shows on the base (for about 10 seconds) to let you know the connection was made and it's charging. If you need to make or receive a phone call and walk away from the charger, there's no plug to disconnect or reconnect when you return. The cradle holds the phone in an upright or horizontal position so, to read a text or make a speakerphone call (or watch a video) you don't even have to pick up the phone. With the cradle on a desk or table, it holds the phone at a perfect angle for viewing. Having a pair of them is great. You can keep one wherever you spend most of your waking hours (desk, in my case) and another on a night stand so you wake up to a fully charged phone. My only regret is that I waited so long after years of messing with (and replacing) so many cords... or forgetting to plug it in and leaving the house with an almost dead phone. My phone is now just about always at full charge and always conveniently located and positioned. This one works with all reasonably recent iPhone models and apparently Android models as well. ...an inexpensive purchase that has made my life better! NOTE: This device does NOT connect your phone to your computer for data transfer. You still need the cord for that. It is for charging only. ... show more

    • This is a Great Bedside Charger....Here's Why.
I have owned bedside chargers before. They are incredibly convenient. However, they have a dark side: Unless you align your phone perfectly with the charger, your phone isn't charging and you often don't know it. There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning and finding a dead phone. This drop charger is different. It aligns with your phone PERFECTLY. What's more, the bottom lights up for several seconds to let you know that your phone is charging and then, the light goes out. That's important, and here's why: I have owned chargers that stay lit all night, keeping me awake. If you like to sleep in complete darkness, this charger is for you. Another thing: This charger really does delivery 10 watts when used with the included cable. Just remember that you are not going to get more than 10 watts, even if your phone supports rapid charging. For that, you will need to plug a cable into your phone and use it with a wall brick with a higher wattage to match your phone's rapid charging capabilities. Sweet dreams! ... show more
