The bench is easy to assemble. The manual and parts assist in completing the job. I'll leave it in my garage, and the parts that touch the epoxy floor are made of rubber, so it won't scratch it. Additionally, there are various ways to set up different positions of the bench.

The media could not be loaded. Love this bench and its versatility. I can go flat, incline and decline so you can get any workout you want. It only took me about 10 minutes to put together, was very easy. Great value for the price and it’s a quality product. Very sturdy and not cheaply made.
