I Loved this waist trainer, it fits me perfectly. :) My posture has never been better and my back pain has improved. I feel so confident out in public with it it really hides your xtra belly fat you don’t want. I feel eventually with my diet i’m on this will really help w my tiny waist I want back!☺️the only thing i can say negative about this product is the chemical smell. You may need to wash it a couple times before wearing it. Also, always wear a thin tank top under your waist trainer. If you don’t you’ll most likely get a rash. For the past couple weeks,I have been loving how it shapes me. It also helps with my posture and pack pain. The extra large fits perfectly but I'm going to order a large now so I can work on my pouch and muffin top. This is by far the best one that I have tried. Highly recommend it ! It was easy and quick to put on. I love that it has only a few hooks and a zipper. If you need to take it off its not a struggle. Very comfortable and it makes my waist tiny. I am 170lb and I got XL I will buy it again! Absolutely shocked from the quality- it is one of the best waist corsets I’ve ever bought and the price is unbelievably cheap for the quality of this product! It fits perfect, and the outside material does not let your clothes slide up or down , stays in place all day and it is so comfortable. Also helps me with back pain from improper standing all day because it keeps my back in the right place. I will be buying it again in different colors. I’m 5’6 186lbs I got a size large but I suggest size down one, Because this comes with three size hooks and I’m on my he last set of hooks. But it is uncomfortable around the upper side area. And no I didn’t feel a different in back support. Maybe because I just needed to size down not sure
