I’m a big girl & im getting lipo/bbl in a few months, so of course wanting the best results, I’m compressing prior to surgery as well to get a head start on my loose skin. Ordered this garment initially in a 5x (I’m 5’5 & 265 lbs) based on my hip measurements. Getting this on was a WORKOUT. Like my arms were sore for 3 days after putting it on for the first time - but that’s probably bc I had to reallllly stuff myself into this - I have a big belly, what can I say. BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT. this really does the intended job yet it’s comfortable enough to sit/sleep in and wear for long durations of time. My only complaint is the hooks are cheap. They’re not the best quality as a few broke/bent the FIRST time I put this on. That was disappointing but I just worked around them. I ordered a 4xl a few weeks after as I felt I could squeeze into a smaller one for an even more “snatched” look after some time compressing my loose skin/apron belly. And it WORKED. Equally as comfortable after the initial struggle to get it up. UPDATE: Just ordered a 3xl as I think I might actually be able to squeeze into that now? I think this is really working in compressing my skin and apron belly!!!! I’m kinda shocked, I didn’t expect this to actually make such a difference? Like is my skin actually retracting? Kinda blowing my mind - but I’m not mad about it!!! Will keep yall updated if I get to keep sizing down in the weeks to come. Surgery is in 6 weeks, so will keep everyone updated on the journey of faja sizing post op. I will be losing some inches (hopefully) and getting a more sculpted booty, so I will let you know what that feels/looks like in one of these fajas once I’m back to being able to wear a stage 3 faja (once several weeks post op). ... show more

I actually bought two custom-made Fajas’s from a business that was referred by my surgeon as they do free alterations as you need them, and I will say that these Fajas were a lifesaver as they fit better. They are stronger and I love the enclosure and the zipper on the outside. It is a perfect fit and I bought three total. This has been a lifesaver for compression as well as healing because my other custom ones did not help me and actually were making me uncomfortable. ... show more

For reference, I am 5 foot five 150 pounds. I ordered a size medium. I wore a stretchy pencil dress for family photos and wanted to look good. It did a great job, squeezing in my stomach and thighs.! it also squeezes under the butt and lifts it somewhat. The fabric over your buns is thinner and doesn’t squeeze that part of you, which helps make a great shape. ... show more

I have purchased MANY shape wear items over the years from Maidenform to shapelx. This particular item was interesting. So I am currently a size 41 waist 51 hips and 5’1 tall. Chest is 40 C. The thighs fit great I have big thighs. The hips, however, felt really snug and almost like I didn’t have enough fabric to carry over to the buttocks area. The waist fit really well it was snatched, but then under the breast area - the upper back, it was almost like the shape where was too big so my back rolls were more visible, the fabric was almost folding. Overall, the cheeks were more visible due to that feature of the Shapeware. I felt like it did not cover the full extent from top to bottom of the cheeks though. It felt less versatile in the hip area and appeared to be made for for more small waist fat back issues. ... show more
