I loved how well it pulled my stomach in. My only dislike is I purchased it one size too small. I am 175 lb and just have extra skin on my stomach. I bought a large when I should have bought an extra large.

I recently purchased this waist trainer as a replacement for one of the popular brands that I purchased a while back and baby let me tell you this is the BEST waist trainer so far. I purchased a Small and was pleased too see how comfortable it became after the first wear. I'm currently doing the 5x5x5 Challenge where you wear it for 5hrs a day for 5 days for 5 weeks so hopefully after that I'll be able up move to the second set of hooks ... show more

I’ve had this product less than 2 weeks and it has already proven defective. The boning is broken and no longer resembles an hourglass shape. I’ve only worn it a few times at home, and I don’t even work out in it. Let’s see if I can get a replacement of refund for this poor quality item. It's tight. But what I've realized is it's not too tight in the abdomen, it's tight to clasp. I was fooled into thinking it would only fit on my stomach on the outermost clasp but didn't feel like it was while wearing. Turns out it's just difficult to clasp haha. It takes a few minutes to get on but I can actually wear it at the innermost clasps it's just such a pain in the hands to get on. I'm a little chubby and my back fat kinda petrudes off the top of it lol that's a me issue and not a corset issue. I love that it keeps me from slouching.
