It took me a while to get the hang of this. For the record, I’m a kinda small woman at 5’3” and 115 lbs. however, I have a bit of a tummy pooch thanks to a significant fibroid. Ok, that being said, at first, I wrapped per the videos…bottom to top. When I did, I felt suffocated, like I couldn’t breathe, and it caused a back roll. Maybe I wrapped it too tight, I don’t know. But then I tried the reverse: start just under the bust and wrap downward. Yay! This way works really well for my body type and looks and feels great! The idea of this product is great. And I feel like you have to be a smaller framed person to be comfortable and something like this. I know it's not built to be comfortable, but it's really difficult to get it on when you're a plus sized person. There's just way too much fabric and by the time you get it on, it's either too loose or too tight. I don't think I'm gonna use it anymore. I got this product Few months ago. It's definitely easier to use when you're doing cardio versus actual working out like crunches and any machine workouts or anything like that. I did feel very supported though so if you do things like deadlifts or whatever it would probably be beneficial ... show more

I’m never going back to a regular waist trainer again! Pros: -adjustable size able to go up or down as desired -comfortable fabric -covers all the problem areas more than the other trainers Cons: -you have to really figure out how to wrap it because it can be a little challenging

I love how this product does really define your waist and is super tight but when was trying to put it on, the rubber band and allowed the strap to go through snapped! So I had to diy and put it back. It still does it properly! Maybe it was my fault but it did snap :(
