This is a great tool to learn to kick a soccer ball that is moving toward you! My daughter had been fearful of trying to kick the ball as it was coming toward her as the opposing team was moving it down the field, but by using this, she realized the ball wasnt going to smack her in the face and was able to overcome her fear. The cord did get in the way a few times, but it wasnt a big deal as she was never running very fast while using this. The belt is adjustable and was able to fit around his tiny frame and I'm sure it will be able to fit on a slender adult as well.
