I only bought one side just in case I didnt like it. Well im glad i did. I knew it was plastic but i figured it would be a thicker, durable and more pliable for the price. Instead its pretty brittle. If you dropped it it would probably crack in half. Plus it was damaged. So way over priced. Worth about 1/3 of it original price. Not getting the other side. ... show more

So the first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that this was obviously a returned product. The lock was seized (the key worked, but the lock would not operate, and there were no nuts or bolts (thankfully there is an ACE a couple blocks from my house. I'm horribly disappointed that this unit arrived in the condition it was in - not to mention the single key, missing parts, and missing instructions. Having said that - installation instructions can be found easily enough on Youtube and installation only took about a half an hour because I took my time to do it right the first time. We'll see how this lasts over time - hopefully better than what I've experienced so far. ... show more

Seller was super helpful and the box was easy to install. It seems to work very well unlock securely. After using it for almost a month, the weight of items in the box made it sag a little and won’t shut on the latch without lifting it up a little.

For the price, I am happy with it. I have a basic tool set within, screwdrivers, small socket set, pliers, drills etc. I tow a 5th wheel so need to be ready for anything. I am confident it will handle reasonable weight. As for install, very straightforward. One thing to note on a RAM2500 (2018) When you install the bracket (drivers side), make sure it sits just on top on the cargo hook, so the toolbox is flush when it closes and you can fix it with the screws on the wheel well. Easy to open and close - may need to adjust the catch on the box itself. The cargo hook is basically out of action for anything bulky, but easy to remove the toolbox if you needed to use it ... show more

With a bed cover, you lose functionality with a normal toolbox. I am extremely happy with being able to actually use my storage again! I've had them for almost 3 months now and so far holding up just fine. They were very easy to install, that is once you get passed the mental part of drilling into the bed of a ~$40k truck. The only thing that I wished were that they were metal, but you would probably have to pay a lot more for them then. Overall I am happy with them and I would recommend them. ... show more

Quality sucks. Ordered 2 of them for, 1 for each truck. Both plastic mounts/guides on back side that latch rod attaches to has broken on both leaving them useless. Both boxes had jumper cables, screw driver, plastic coiled air hose and air chuck abd already broke, on trucks less than 4 full months. Waste of money. ... show more
