This is a good, small treadmill / walking pad. It has plenty of speed settings and is very easy to use. It was ready right out of the box. It is relatively quiet and the belt feeds smoothly. It is strong enough to hold my weight (6'4" 240 lbs) and my wife actually said it is quieter and smoother for her (she is smaller than me!). My fiancé and I are both taller, he’s 6’1” I’m 5’8”, I wish this pad were even just 4 inches longer. Our shoes catch every so often on the belt guards but they have not broke, it’s just loud. As long as you’re walking at a reasonable/natural pace I’ve found it doesn’t happen often at all. I love how quiet it is and how easy it is to operate.
