I like this cricut joy container. I was able to easily hold my cricut joy as well as my mini iron that I like to use. I like the side pocket and how I can put my weeding tools inside of it. I have to say the padding on this bag is very thick and, I feel safe with putting my cricut inside of it. I do want to note though that there is no padding on the bottom of the container, which is fine in my opinion. This strap for the bag is very long and has its own little padding on it. I got my Cricut Joy Xtra last week and immediately knew it was going to be the one I would use to take places to make cuts, lol. I didn't have a case for it, though. I ordered this and got it Friday. Saturday, my DIL texted and asked me to go over to her house to make labels for the new containers she's using in their pantry. I hadn't yet unpacked my case but figured this was a good test. Oh, it was perfect. It fit perfect in the long compartment and then the power cord fit in one of the shorter ones and then I packed two rolls of Smart vinyl in the other section. I could have put more in easily. I slid a cutting mat inside the pocket inside the lid, along with my tablet. Then, I opened the front and put all my weeding tools in, nice and secure. I had everything I needed but there was so much room left over, I wonderered if I was overlooking something, lol. I added a lighted magnifying light because old eyes, and that fit fit. I could have added my little hand press iron and pressing mat, if I was doing HTV. It has that much room. I attached the shoulder strap and was good to go. I didn't realize her mother was going to be there too, so we had a great time creating fun labels for the canisters. The bag is a very sturdy quilted padded bag, with lots of good pockets for weeding tools. It's been designed well, obviously by people who understand what is needed when you take your cutter on the road or even across the street. It's very well made. The stitching is tight, using thick thread appropriate for the case. The zippers are good and move freely. They are stitched securely to the bag. The shoulder strap is thick and has a non-slip pad to keep it on your shoulder. The hardware to secure it to the bag is good and sturdy. The bag also has handles, if you don't want to use the shoulder strap. It really is a must-have for the Cricut Joy Xtra because that cutter is a smaller cutter and more likely to be the one you take outside the house, so you want a good bag. This is it. ... show more

This bag is marketed as a carrying bag for a Cricut Joy cutting machine & accessories. I don’t have one of those, but I am always on the lookout for nice cushiony or insulated bags to hold a lot of different items. This bag has an exterior zippered section with lots of little elastic slots designed for cricut pens & tools, but it is also wonderful for lipsticks, brushes, small cosmetics tubes, etc. There is also storage in the zipper flap that lays flat when it is unzipped. The main section also zips open and has a large clear pocket on the inside of the top for more brushes, masks, jewelry, etc. You can put your whole beauty regime products in the large main compartment. It has a removable divider that makes 1 large and 2 smaller rectangular sections. It is plenty deep for holding jars of creams, makeup and other cosmetics. Since it is insulated, it gives you a bit of protection for your beauty items in very hot or very cold weather. The outside is made of cotton in a subtle texture. I got the pink one. It is a pale beigey pink, very understated and elegant looking. The outside has a couple of slip pockets you can tuck tissues or wipes in for easy access. It has 2 sturdy carry handles that you can velcro together, as well as a padded shoulder strap for easy transport. I really like this pretty and functional bag. I don't have a whole lot of space to have all of my crafting devices out on display, so it's nice to be able to easily pack things up and put them in their proper place for storage. This carrying bag is the perfect size for the Joy Xtra, and holds the printer and accessories perfectly. I've even taken it to work a few times to make some vinyl decal labels. It is well-built and will probably last more than the life of the printer itself. The zippers are high-quality and move smoothly and there are a million little places to keep all of my accessories neat and organized.
