The media could not be loaded. If you use yarn for crocheting or knitting, you have probably come across many skeins of yarn that don’t have a starting strand that can be pulled from the center of the skein. I find this most annoying as it’s too awkward starting with the yarn from the outside of the skein and time-consuming to rewind it into a ball by hand. I recently watched a YouTube video about this problem, introducing an automatic yarn winder. I was immediately envious, so I ordered one. I received it today and I’m totally in love with this device, it works perfectly. The device came with very straight-forward instructions, I had it assembled and ready to use within 5 minutes. I have many partially used skeins that I can now re-wind with little effort. If you are an avid crocheter or knitter with yarn that needs to be wound up, you will appreciate this rewinder as much as I do. The video above shows just how easy it is to use this device. This thing didn’t handle the varying tension in the yarn very well. It would go well enough but then once the yarn got a little sticky then it would stop. It was easier to just use a manual winder.
