Love this "set" of sourdough bread making essentials. The whisk is good, not great, but still better than using a big spoon. The bannetons are perfect and the linen liners are great. The rounded plastic scraper and the metal straight edge scraper are both excellent, performing very different uses. My only negative comment is regarding the double-sided razorblade on a handle to be used for scoring the top of the bread. The bread stick to it, even if you wet the blade, and it doesn't cut deep enough. I waited a looooooong time to purchase bread-proofing baskets and a Danish whisk. I've been making my own sourdough from starter for a while, but always used a regular bowl lined with a tea towel. I used a sharp knife for scoring, and just a spatula (or my hands) for mixing. This set has been a game-changer in my kitchen. It's extremely sturdy, and seems to be very high quality. The danish dough whisker is BIG and sturdy, making mixing any dough a breeze. And both the dough scrapers are amazing. GREAT set, especially for the money. The media could not be loaded. Haven't used them yet. Literally just got them but this is the second order i received and both the first order and second all the baskets were cracked and splintered. The first 3 pics are the oval then the video and following pics are the round. It's advertised to not splinter so that's frustrating. The cloth should help but it's also freying and was in my baskets and a couple pieces in the bag it came in. So I'll probably get a towel to put in there so I don't have strings in my bread. The danish whisk is big and seems nice though. The lame seems good (haven't opened the razors) but atleast my bench scraper isn't bent in a cshape like last time . ... show more
