Great quality hammock! Includes everything necessary to install and use! I recommend using a drill bit however to get the hole for the hook started - make sure the drill bit is smaller than the size of the hook before threads. You want to get a good grip into whatever you’re putting it in. I also recommend something long and hard (like a screw driver, small pry bar) to put in the loop for the hook for leverage to help screw it in. I did a lot of research before finally deciding on this hammock and I’m so happy with it! Our trees are 11 feet apart and it fits perfectly. There a foot of chain on either side of the loops so it can be extended. It is so comfortable and looks more expensive than it is. Highly recommend.

I’m so disappointed! We bought a stand for a 12-15 ft hammock, put it up, and I tried it out - sunk to the ground! I’m 145 lbs - 305 pounds less than what this hammock is supposed to be capable of holding. Not sure what we can do now. My dream of enjoying an afternoon swaying in the hammock, reading a book, and enjoying a libation - dashed. ... show more

I bought this hammock to compensate for windy conditions on our deck. It works perfectly for that. The cotton used for the hammock feels soft and does not irritate but it doesn't give much support. Either when sitting in it or lying on it, the web gives a lot and a person almost hits the floor or support frame. This is the second hammock purchased in a month. The first was solid material, not webbing, and gave good support but the wind turned it into a windmill. Neither is suitable and we are out several hundred dollars. Very frustrating! ... show more

You can tighten and stretch this hammock to four and a half feet off the ground almost 5’ and a regular build 180lb person will sink to almost ground level, literally inches off the ground. We are very disappointed with this product.

Seems to be made well..its just it has too much give. It sinks too far down. I don't know how to correct this..so I'm stuck with a hammock I can't use. Edit: great customer support. After receiving an email from the company, they made it right.
