    • Nice Quality! Travel Case!
These feel like a nice thick metal that will not bend easily. I am not sure how the outside will hold up over time; they appear to be painted black and I would prefer them natural as I do not know if this will chip off over time. There is a nice variety of tools with differently shaped and sized ends. The carrying case is a great and very appreciated when a company provides one. If one uses these in their or another's ear be very careful as they are metal and the ear is very delicate. ... show more

I only used the big spoon (U-shaped ear spoon, far right in pic) for cleaning my ears, but I like it. I have used ear spoons made of plastic in the past and found that they lose integrity over time and break. Even though this is made of metal, I was concerned that it would be too thin or too pliable. I can say that this is not the case for the big spoon. It is sturdy and can't be bent. It is blunt enough that you aren't going to hurt your ears or cut yourself but still has enough edge to get all the gunk out your ears when you scrape it close to the skin. The spoon is a nice shape that you won't leave any souvenirs behind as you bring the treasure out from your ears. As long as you don't go in too deep and go in lightly in a rolling motion like the ocean waves pulling sand from the shore, the big spoon doesn't push the gunk back any farther. Why are you digging so deep? Are you dissatisfied and trying to personally return the ear cleaning set back to china? I can't speak for the other things in the set since I specifically got this for the ear spoon. The only con is that the case it comes with is difficult to open but then again I didn't get this for the case. ... show more

I got a bad ear infection and I decided to get these tools to prevent that from happening again. I don't know how to use all of the tools, but my 3 favorites are in the image. The spring on the right is gentle enough to go into my ear. You still have to be careful with all of them, but it is safer than q-tips. The two scrapers I use to get to the cracks and crevices around the ear. I would get pimples around the ear trying to use my fingers to clean them. The spoons feel smooth around the edges they didn't cut my skin. Cleaning is easy, I used alcohol and soap and water. The brush is also easy to clean after cleaning the spring. I like these tools. I would have to do more research on how to use the rest of the properly because it didn't come with instructions. I will update if I come across anything worth mentioning. These professional earwax tools are quite convenient to have around! while not replacing q-tips entirely, they are good for dealing with flakes of wax or skin, as well as gentle scraping. they are also convenient for applying makeup in small, precise amounts.

    • Amazing how much stuff comes out.
I use a q-tip every day so I though my ears should be clean but I was amazed at how much stuff came out using these tools. I tried all the tools except the one shaped like a knife (its' not sharp). I don't know what that's for and since there's no instructions, I carefully tried each one. I ended up mostly using one of the scoop shaped one. For me, the larger one worked best. The ones shaped like a brush and spring seem good for getting anything that the scoops don't get. I was very gentle and didn't go in too deep. I recommend the same for anyone trying out these tools. The tools themselves are mostly made of metal. There's a plastic brush to clean the tools included. The case itself fits all the tools and the brush but the latch on the case is a pain to open. Overall, I like these, they clean better than Q-tips with less waste. ... show more

    • Not sure what half of these do
First off, the case was broken and it was difficult to get it open without breaking it further. Secondly I have no idea what half of these tools do. The little spiral thingy seems to do a decent job and the brush thing feels nice. Not sure I feel comfortable with the knife looking thing going in my ear or the mini-spoon thingies. I'm sure they work, but I think I'll stick to q-tips to be honest. ... show more
