Excellent product but use is good. Becareful and practice use. Item has a sturdy handle, one soft scoop end and one strong end with strong teeth that feels sharp that will pull any wax out for sure. The many cautions and limited use is scary!

I have been getting these at a stick-and-mortar store for a long time. very costly. But these yes. cheap, as in price, but great. get the ear wax and relieves the itch we all get once in a while inside our ear channel.

The product itself is good, 5 stars. My concerns are with the packaging. I thought it was common sense that anything used for personal hygiene should be kept absolutely clean for the consumer. These ear cleaners came in a box without any inner liner or bag inside to hold them. Looking at the other reviews with photos, I see this is the way this company packages their ear cleaning sticks. So how would you know if the box was opened and the sticks handled br someone else then returned??? This is the opposite of a good manufacturing process. It does little to bolster consumer confidence in this company's product. Originally, my wife purchased these locally and they did have an inner package protecting the product, ensuring it was clean and safe to use. That's what prompted this review. Let's get it together Clinere. You're selling a tiny piece of plastic for over $5. You can afford an inner bag for personal hygiene safety. I would hope the next ones we buy are packaged better and this was a contractual manufacturing oversight. ... show more

My child has a wax buildup problem. Contrary to expectations, even the so-called silicone tips in other systems are quite hard. They may not damage the ear but they can cause some pain. The Clinere tips are extremely effective. The fins are actually more effective than the scoop. They literally sweep up the wax on the walls (twirl gently in the ear). The scoop is marginally useful as the stem is quite flexible and the likelihood of pulling something out is minimal. The flexibility of the stem is how Clinere protects your ear … so I am not knocking it. They can be reused if you soak it soap water immediately after use. If you use it multiple times before cleaning, the residue gets pushed back in the fins and it looks used and … disgusting. ... show more
