Setup with the cam was easy using the manual. The app works well and the camera takes excellent pictures/video. I was very impressed with the outstanding Customer Support. I bought this camera to capture some images of predators on my property. It had worked great for a month, but stopped for some reason. I tried the trouble shooting as recommended without luck. When I reached the customer service via email, Emma corresponded promptly to help me with the issue. I got the replacement camera within a week period. Now I am back in business and it has been working so far as supposed to. Although it hasn't been a month, so I can't guarantee its longevity yet, I would say their customer service is one of the best out there. This camera is compact and full of features. I was surprised at the size and the quality of the case and all the attachments. Usuay field cameras are bulky and obvious. This is attached to.out 4x4 post and has a clear view of the entire backyard. I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Cant wait to see what it captures when we are not home!     • Easy to use trail camera, good value
This is a great value for the money and also good build quality. Buttons are easy to access and has plenty of settings for detection. Video and picture options are easy to understand. The Wi-Fi option is to access the camera settings and data without having to remove it from the mount. This won’t connect to another hotspot. I like the option for an external power supply and I wish it was a rechargeable battery than the double A options. Overall I like this camera and I will be getting more soon ... show more

    • Never got past the app
Got the camera, downloaded the app, and my tablet crashed. Never even opened the app. After crashing the first time, the tablet restarted and all seemed fine until I tried firing up the app. Tablet crashed with authority! Took forever to reboot. After an hour of fiddling around I got the app uninstalled. It was harder to get rid of than a virus. My tablet has not been the same since. I have read there are third party apps that would work well with this camera, but I needed an out of the box solution that I could get up and running easily. The camera might be great, seems well reviewed and solidly built. But I don't have the time to search out and pair it with a third party software solution. For someone with just a little time to fiddle around with it, I'm sure it would work out fine. Me? Sending it back at my expense. ... show more

    • Completely Frustrating
Easy to set up. but it never stays on and has horrible motion sensing no matter what setting perfections I try. Constantly needs to reconnect to my phone to actually record anything for playback which means my phone needs to be within 30 or so feet. How in the world is this useful when I am not near home? ... show more

I bought this camera to replace another that quit working. The WiFi/bluetooth is really nice and works great. Picture quality is great and it’s extremely easy to set up. Their customer service has been excellent, checking to be sure I have had no issues.
