Very difficult to follow instructions so that’s only issue. Once together it’s super nice we love it! Plenty of space to place things on top and very sturdy made well. The latches function well and you have 2 entry points. Secure and thick bars. Scratch resistant so far. My cat loves to do that so it’s a win win there. River fits nicely and she is a very big dog. Looks like a piece of furniture, which is a plus. It is pretty, and assembly took a while. Only complaint is that the barn door gate can be lifted up and come off. Ended up zip tying it shut and only using the end gate.

I purchased this dog crate expecting quality and durability, but I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I found several missing parts, which made the assembly impossible. To make matters worse, the crate itself had broken components that seemed to have been damaged during manufacturing. This crate is not only unreliable but also poses a safety risk for my dog. Our rescue puppy outgrew his crate within 2 weeks, and needed a new one. I didn't want to have to buy 2 or 3 to grow with him(he's looking like he's gonna be a big boy lol) So I opted to just go big. This did not disappoint! Very spacious & room for him to grow but not intimidating or overwhelming for him. He went right in & made himself comfortable. It looks very nice when fully put together and the doors do open easily but you better have a dill and extra parts to put it together. The screw trip VERY easily and there were no “drill holes” on the bottom piece for the stabilizer. The instructions are only pictures, no written word. This is my 60lb Shepard laying in it. Plenty of room for my daughter’s 50 lb lab . Assembly is pretty easy. My only complaint is that the foot was broken . I did request a replacement foot be sent. Overall very happy with this item .
