    • This Mount Secures My 65-inch TV to the Wall
When these two-piece, "assembly required" TV mounts first started to show up on Amazon, I wasn't a fan. I first purchased one of these TV mounts in 2014, and I wasn't impressed upon removing it from the box. I contacted a vendor and asked them to trade-out the two-piece mount for a solid, one piece frame. They agreed to do so, but they also asked me to try the two-piece mount. The vendor informed me that the new two-piece mounts were necessary to meet Amazon's storage size and shipping requirements. I installed the two-piece mount, and I've purchased five more like it since 2014. And yes, I do have a lot of TVs. This TV mount is easy to assemble; easy to install on the wall, and best of all, it secures my 65 inch flat screen TV to the wall.     • Easy up, Holds tight
This product is in use for a 43" television. It was easy to assemble and mount. It holds firm. The include instructions are easy to follow. It is almost self explanatory. The only complain is the mount itself is two parts and don't necessarily mate evenly causing one side to (left in my case) to droop ever so slightly (3-4mm). If you are not careful, you'll level against the center support and think you are good until the TV goes up and looks slightly off. Be careful to align both ends where the tv supports will connect. I have no doubt the television is safe in the arms of this wall mount. Definitely solid. The mount is adjustable with a forward tilt only. My TV is set perfectly flat to the wall. However, be careful if you have protruding wires from he back. Most TVs have side or downward connecting cables. If you have a rear facing connect, for example for Ethernet, then you need to account for the space needed to avoid forcing the tilt down or out. In my case, I used a right angle Ethernet plug to reduce the back space as much as possible. One thing I do not like are the release cords. On a 43" TV, the release cords dangle several inches below the bottom of the screen. It would have been nice to include magnets to tuck away the cords. You can get magnets, tie them to the cords, and then push the magnet back up against the vertical support to hide the cords from sight. Don't cut them, or you'll never be able to release the TV from the wall. Overall, a good mount. I did get it up on the wall level and it is more than solid which are my two biggest concerns with any mount. ... show more

This is a TV wall mount. It can adapt to most of the current household LCD TVs because it can bear a maximum weight of 132 pounds. After installation and use, it is found that it works very firmly. The disadvantage is that after the TV is installed, it is a little difficult to plug in and unplug the socket wiring at the back. Easy to install, holds up my 42 inch tv well. This is the first time I used a TV wall mount where the main plate is made of 2 parts. It makes me worried since it's not a single piece, but it does seem sturdy when you put it together and so far my tv hasn't fallen off.

It comes in pieces. You’re required to assemble each and every one. It is frustrating. Once assembled, it does function and perform as expected. Decent quality.

    • Good construction and easy to mount
Before you buy, figure out where your studs are located. That'll tell you how wide of a mount you need in order to keep the tv centered where you want it. You want to hit two studs with the mount, so this one being 24" wide only gives about 5" movement to either side. While you can set the tv onto the mount off-center, that amount of offset depends on the VESA bolt pattern. Ideally, the center of where you want to hang the tv would be perfectly centered between two studs spaced 16" apart. That almost never happens. In terms of this mount, it came with the necessary bolts, spacers and lag screws to mount it. It was easy to mount and was very secure. tilt mechanism works well, though it can be hard to reach in back of the tv to lock the tilt in-place. Worked well for our 55" tv. ... show more

This mount does the job well for my 55-inch TV. It was relatively easy to install and feels sturdy enough. It holds the TV securely and the tilting function works smoothly. However, there are a couple of things to note: Two-piece design: It's important to be aware that this isn't a single, solid piece bracket. It's two separate pieces that connect together. This might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it's worth mentioning. Pull string placement: The string used to release the TV for tilting hangs down a bit too low and is visible below the TV. I had to hide it by taping it to the back of the TV, which isn't ideal. Despite these minor drawbacks, the mount itself seems well-made and functions well. For the price, it's a good option, but it would be better with a single-piece design and a more discreet pull string placement ... show more

I had no issue installing this TV mount. It fit great and with all the options for where to put the screws I was able to get it into some of the wall studs. This thing is well mounted and is not going to come off. Adding the brackets to my TV was easy and here again I was able to get the holes to match up with the mounting holes on the TV. It really was simple and easy. The mount is sturdy and well made. It was easy to assemble and to mount it to the wall. I can't say enough about this other than I'm very pleased with how easy to was to install and my confidence level that it won't drop my TV is really high.
