NO Instructions were included and the strapping can be confusing for campers on the shorter side of the cover fit. Also NO wheel covers were included as it is stated in the description. Incorrect amount of straps and gutter protectors. Item was installed before I realized the tire covers were missing also. It would be very hard to repackage the item to have a replacement sent out cause they say they don't send parts according to the description. Will NOT purchase from here again!! They should also remove the heading EASY, nothing easy about this. My last cover was much easier and fit a whole lot better than this but I guess More money doesn't mean better product. ... show more

I bought this for my rv in the mountains. The first week it was caught in a storm amd shredded. So not wind proof but I’m fairness it was a bad storm. The quality looked good and it was easy to install. I returned it wet torn and muddy for a full refund. Great customer service
