This cover is more durable than people give it credit for. It fit my 18ft, 2017 Rockwood Roo perfectly. I like the quality, design and functionality. The features that are provided to secure it from wind are sturdy with double stitching. All of the securing straps are thoughtfully placed. It did take three persons (not two as indicated) to install. and the instructions leave a lot to be desired. you figure it out as you go with the little information provided. All in all very please with this purchase.

I have been TRULY impressed with this cover. After being redneck and covering our camper with a tarp for years I finally broke down and bought a real cover and am SO impressed. We have had some huge storms and wind and that sucker has stayed put! Would 100% buy again!

It's mostly well made...the stitching on a few places needs to be fixed; (or actually stitched) I'd say this particular cover was made in a hurry or someone at factory didn't go back to fix the buckle that wasn't stitched on ( I really don't think it's my responsibility since I well paid for it; but it's mine now, so guess it is) ! Like EVERYONE else states--the Directions stink! I had to go online and try to U-tube them, wasted alot of time with that, and eventually got back onto Amazon and looked at the pictures to try to figure out where things went. Also, the poles are junk...it was first time, (learning curve) next year it'll be a real pole used...a long 1/2"-3/4" pipe would stand the weight of the cover and not bend.

This was supposed to be “easy”. It still took 3 people to install. Not sure if this was an open item shipped to me or not but did not come out of the bag the way it looked on the video. I have a 36’ trailer and this thing is huge. Not close to the size. We ended up giving up using the poles to move the cover backwards and I needed up getting on the ladder and pulling the center as my helpers held on to the poles. There was no other way. This may be well suited for an older RV that does not have a satellite dish, ac cover and skylights. Just a flat smooth roof but def did not go in like the video shows. Once on i discovered all of the buckles on the straps were backwards and would not hold tension. Had to take the straps out of the buckles and insert them properly. Also I discovered a hole on the center of the flap just over the end. Since one bag of the poles was open I am not sure that this was not a returned item resent to me but I would guess it is. Hopefully this review helps the next person. It would be a pain to place back in the box and request a refund. Just got the rV out of service and need the cover for upcoming storms so no choice but to tick the excess in the front up as best I can.

Difficult to install on a Lance1685. Poor instructions. Rear zipper failed on 2nd installation. I originally purchased this cover to avoid climbing in the roof to install, but had to climb up anyway to finish the job. I will be returning the product.

The cover seems to be well made, it lasted the first winter use on the Washington coast where winds can be quite high and gusty at times. I had no leakage from the heavy rains on the coast. I wish it had a zipper for slide-out otherwise I am completely satisfied with the cover.
