The product looks very nice. It is compact and I like that it does not have a separate tank. The design allows for easy cleaning of the outer surfaces and the inside is self cleaning. Operation is totally by remote control. I'm getting used to that and haven't completely decided where to mount/place the remote control. My installation required additional connection fittings which were not part of my original toilet. We encountered some difficulty locating the proper plumbing apparatus. I also had to have an electrical outlet installed. Having a plumber and electrician increased the total cost of the new toilet. So far I really like the product. Very nice features include heated seat, warm water wash and dry and automatic lid opening and flushing. My problem was with delivery. Due to the weight (88lbs) of the item, Amazon selected FedEX as the carrier. I received notice from Amazon when the product delivery would occur. When it was not received on that date, I received notice there was a delay. The next day pasted with no delivery. I began to track the delivery online and discovered that FedEx was the carrier and I found tracking info on their website. The tracking info showed that the product had been "out for delivery" on the day it was expected., but was returned to the carrier's facility. Six days later I found a note on the tracking website that delivery was not accomplished due to occupant not being home. There was no note or notice received to indicate that a delivery attempt was made. After discovering that FedEx was in charge of delivery, I signed up to receive texts from them concerning the progress of delivery of the product. The texts received were not helpful and I began to contact the carrier by phone. There was much confusion about the physical location of the toilet. On several occasions the FedEx representatives contacted warehouse personnel and they were unable to make a physical verification of the location, making it impossible for me pick up the product. About after 5 days and numerous phone calls later, the toilet was determined to be on a truck being moved from Braselton Ga to the Buford Ga facility. I was notified that the product was available for pick up in Buford Ga on 27 July. The original delivery date was 15 July! Many days of frustration, Suggestion: Amazon should notify the customer of assignment of delivery to a different carrier and how to receive texts from the carrier to track progress. Assigned carrier should reach out to the customer to commute delivery terms and progress. In this particular case, FexEx internal communication/locations processes should be improved. On a good note, the resolution representative for FedEx did contact me to be sure I had managed to pick up the product and apologize for delays . ... show more

The buttons on the side of toilet and on the remote are finicky and it is frustrating. The rest of it works fine.

As mentioned, great product for value! Full of features. The auto lid open and close is very nice because without the back tank, it makes bathroom look bigger and you never need to close the lid, since it’s auto. Bidet is powerful and full of features including water temp, even a fan to dry after! The blue night light is pretty cool and of course the heated seat is a plus! The remote looks like an iPhone. You don’t need any screw or anything, just wax ring and caulk and that’s it! Lastly the pressure, it is strong!! The only 2 negatives are that you need an outlet for power and you need to use their value shut off to make the pressure work properly. Otherwise the next closest toilet in this range of features is over a grand. ... show more

I just had this installed, must check settings, don’t know if not working properly or I don’t have it ‘set’ correctly, but it won’t self flush, the lid opens/closes as advertised, but a previous purchase similar toilet and simarly priced smart toilet worked much nicer

Purchased in July but not installed till August. Not even 2 full months of use and the auto flip of lid and foot pedal functions not working any more. Tried unplugging to see if it would reset... it did not. No instructions on how to trouble shoot. Also flushes twice, when you get up, then again after you've left bathroom. Two flushes for each use not very economical. ... show more

Product was packed good but tge plastic washers holding the seat on where broke. Tge valve would not thread on a 1/2 pipe. I asked for a new valve. After several messages over two weeks I gave up. The customer service is horrible from this company. The pressure is also horrible. My previous seat had great pressure. I don't know if the unit is not working correctly and there is no way to an actual person. Does anyone know how to turn the screen to Fahrenheit? The instruction Manuel is worthless. Also the sensor is facing a wall yet everutime you walk in the bath no where near the toilet the lid opens. Horrible product abd customer service. Do not buy!!!! ... show more
