I have used this for about a month. Overall, I really like it. Great bang for the buck. I now have a sense of security with anything I throw in the back. I now have the freedom to setup the bed and not worry about water damage (for the most part). I’m also hoping it helps with MPG. Don’t have any stats on that yet. ***Pros*** The fit: My main concern when buying this was my bed bars (see in pictures). I really didn’t want to remove them for the sake of a bed cover. But it fits just fine. One side the rubber flap over laps it a bit, but I think that is just because I have the cover installed at a slight angle. But no big deal. It’s not really affecting anything. The Price: There are lots of cover options on the market. For anything that is a hard shell (not just a vinyl cover), they are all expensive. I was expecting to have to spend $1000 at least to cover it. For this price, this cover is awesome. Installation: The installation process was really not that bad. I used what they had in the box, but I mostly used the installation video that is on Amazon. Took me about an hour or so to do. But I was taking my time trying to align it and what not. ***Cons*** Water proofing: As far as direct water contact from above, obviously this takes care of that. I have let it get rained on, and taken it to the car wash, there is always some amount of water in the bed. It is small don’t get me wrong, but it is there none the less. I might have the cover installed slightly cockeyed, so that might not be helping. It looks like most of the water came in at the tail gate. It also looks like some came in through the rail/drain pipe. There is another reviewer here that used hot glue to seal that up. I’ll have to look at doing that. Full removal: Obviously the main drawback to this cover, unlike most of the expensive ones, is that the first panel does not flip up. The do have hand nuts you can use to take off the cover entirely if you need to. So it is possible, and not that much to make it happen. It is just a bit inconvenient. ... show more

Easy to install, about 30 minutes. The directions are very vague and doesn't give you details on the direction of the rails, but after you figure that out, it goes pretty smoothly. Before I fastened it completely, I placed it on top of the rails where it was centered and lines up with the front and rear areas, then fastened it down. It keeps water out really well, even with high powered washes and air dryers in the wash tunnel. You're supposed to be able to put 500 lbs. on top of it, or stand on it. I haven't tried it, but it feels rugged enough to do so. ... show more

It was easy to install. I used to install truck accessories at a shop and found this one to be sturdier than the ones like truxedo. I like the pull lanyard release vs the handles on either side. The rails aren’t 100% water tight and could be sealed better, like most other reviews mention. But for the money you can’t beat it. Looks great and is very sturdy. My only (minor) complaint is that I wish the latching mechanisms were height adjustable to make it a more of a tight seal when closed. I have not tested the ability to stand on it. Really not worth the risk of damaging it. But it seams solid enough to handle it. UPDATE: after a year this thing holds up like new. Found that with some adjustments the latch was just fine. It does seal up like it’s supposed to. I still get some water through one corner towards the front of the bed but I’m guessing it’s an adjustment thing. It doesn’t bother me, I bought it to keep the snow out and secure my stuff. I did let my 60 lb. son climb on it and it handled that without damage. I’ve gotten on it when it was folded up and it held up fine as well. At the time I weighed around 250 lbs. my only regret is that it doesn’t fold all the way up. Came on time and well packaged. Was easy to install by myself for the most part only needing one assist lifting the main part in place. It was fully installed in less than 30 minutes and I’m not that mechanically inclined. Since installation, we can’t be happier.     • I paid $629.00 for this Truck bed cover is leaking after 8 months
I purchased this product a year ago and I paid $629.00 , and they said that this bed cover is waterproof and after 8 months it leaks inside the bed of the truck now everything that’s in there gets wet. so I don’t know how we’re going to resolve this serious issue. I thought when you pay a lot of money for a bed cover that it suppose to last longer than 8 months, I would think 5 or10 years but that’s not the case.. ... show more

    • Doesn’t seal very well
All in all this is a pretty nice tonneau cover. It has a nice finish, folds well, it could latch a bit smoother but all in all it’s slick. One thing I did notice was the way it seals. The mounting rails have a “water tight” seal on them but I can’t get them to fit flush to the bed rails without putting all my weight on it then tightening the clamps, and even then still not super tight. The seal that sets on the tailgate has about a 16th inch gap all the way down, so that’s clearly not water proof. Then you have the corners closest to the cab of the truck. If you look at it it’s clear that the weather flaps do not overlap well and easily let water in. If you get a steady rain some water is going to come through those corners (depending on rain and wind direction. I’ve seen water on once side but not the other and reverse depending on rain and/or wind direction) Now honestly this is one of the cheeper hard trifold covers I have found while doing my research, so if that’s what your going for then by all means this is a great cover. But if your looking for something that’s going to stand up to what is advertised I would suggest spending a little extra money and getting yourself a nicer cover that actually is waterproof and fits tight. Like I said, looks good and functions well, but think of what your needs and wants are before purchasing this product. ... show more
