  • With a pull force of more than 3000lbs, this electric winch delivers a 1.0kw/ 1.3HP 210 amp 12V DC permanent magnet motor with a 153:1 planetary gear system with a fully loaded line speed of 3.3 ft/min and a load free line speed of 1.3 ft/min.
  • Waterproof powder coated surface, resistant to corrosion. Durable 3/16" x 32' synthetic winch rope with high tensile properties is sufficient for any outdoor traction operation.
  • Each lead wire is connected to the corresponding position, the connection is clear, the connection is very convenient and fast; 12.63-inch (approx. 32.0 cm) blue (-) and yellow (+) wires are connected to the motor; 68.75 inches (about 172.0 cm) Red (+) wire and black (-) wire Connect to battery (All wires: No. 6).
  • The winch will include an 18.5 x 13 cm (L x W) universal mounting plate for mounting on the rear of the machine, which will need to be modified to fit with each particular machine, as well as a wireless remote control for the 9.8-11.6 m range, a 1.2 m handlebar rocker, and a 0.6 cm U Hook, chain fly bar,8.0 cm mounting bolt pattern.
  • We use the planetary gear system, which can automatically brake, while we want to achieve the highest speed and a certain guarantee to provide safe and reliable power in any situation.

This product does its job. It was easy to install, it's sturdy and the remote is a bonus and works great! But it does have a down fall.. Its very slow! lol but if you dont mind taking your time then it your fine. Our old winch was much faster so going this one it feel extra slow. But our friend says his pulls at about the same speed as ours and we never noticed it with his. So I think we will get use to it. ... show more

I got this for my rhino installed it witch took some extra drilling , not a big deal , now just a couple months later on a garage kept Mach , seems insides are really slow like it binds up in spots , the release button on the side is totally froze up , definitely not what I expected , , oh and the winch rope is made out of something you’d put on a kids toy to pull the little wagon around , mine broke within only a couple uses and not even pulling the Mach up a hill or anything hard , just putting it around a tree and pulling my 934lb Mach across a level surface maybe someone else had better luck , but mine is a piece of crap . ... show more

Do not purchase this product. I bought one for a 2023 kawasaki mule. It will not work with it. It doesn't not come with a raise spacer for the which to actually be installed. 10/10 don't recommend!

I have not installed this winch, but I really like how it looks. Due to health reasons, it will be a week or so before I can install it. But I give it 5 stars except for ease of installation. The bag of hardware (Nuts and bolts) had split open, and several bolts, nut and washers were scattered inside the box. In checking the parts, I determined that a couple of bolts, washers, and nuts were missing. As there was no listing of how many hardware pieces that were supposed to be in the package, I reduced my evaluation by 1 star. Once I complete installation and loading check, I will come back and re-evaluate my review. I am really disappointed that I was not able to speak with CSR or at least leave a message. UPDATE: After attempting to contact the X-Bull company customer service department for 2 and 1/2 hours, I have decided to return the winch to Amazon. The hours for their CS dept start at 0730-500. It appears that the Customer Service department has a lot to learn. I got a message to leave a message then received a message that said the mailbox was full. After about 30 minutes, I called again. This time I got a message that no one answered, and my call was being disconnected. 2nd update. I received a reply from the sales department (NO NAME) that advised that I could contact them and purchase the missing hardware. I answered them by saying Thank you for your reply. The ideal that a customer is expected to purchase missing hardware when it should be included is crazy. It would appear that their customer service department isn't concerned about after sales service. As a result, I have re-evaluated their service and deducted another star. At least they did reply to my emails. This evaluation is based upon my personal experiences with this company and only reflects my opinion of their customer service department or the lack of satisfactory customer service.
