I got these because I was using ankle weights in my wrists but this one for the wrist is way more convenient and they gave good quality. I have left it with the weights it comes with but I can easily adjust the weights if I need to. The velcro is strong and they don't feel bulky at all. I have severe arthritis in my hands and wrists, and it is often difficult to hold on to weights. When I was hit with a serious shoulder injury, too, I struggled to find some way to exercise. I had tried other wrist weights, but the velcro would stop holding, or I couldn’t tighten them enough on my skinny wrists to keep them from sliding up and down my forearms. These wrist weights have been so helpful. They adjust enough to stay put on my wrists. They are comfortable and well made.
