Let start out with pros... first very easy to assemble 5-10 mins if that. I use it 15-20 each day on just abs and roughing together. I feel my abs are sore and that is probably because I’m not your buff and really fit. I’m 5’9 and 170.. wear size 9 and have more upper chest area. So just using this machine to keep stomach flat and try to work on love handle. Put on alittle weight since coronavirus, due to sitting at home, so I purchased this to keep me from gaining more and to keep me active. It’s great for abs and each to move from one work out abs longe to sit and twist. I also like to turn from that and due the leg longes. I is a nice little gym for at home. Doesn’t take to much room. I leave it up so that it’s a reminder to use. I see it in the morning, and get on it before work or is tired after dinner I jump on. Cons.. the only thing I wish it had like Wonder Core 1 is the neck support. Not sure why they stop put extra cushion for your next, I have to hold my neck or only do so many at a time, your neck gets alittle stiff, I get migraine easy so have to watch my neck. But other then that...LOVE THIS MACHINE ... show more

I bought this mostly for the rower feature because it's less expensive than rowers especially for my weight range. I'm so impressed! I was going to wait to use it since I'm outside of the weight capacity at the moment, but I couldn't wait that long. Not only has it held me just fine, but I'm already using the ab feature for crunches! I'm using it as part of my rehab plan to rebuild muscle and mobility after a long road of poor health and surgeries. I don't have a "fitness" background to speak of so it's been very helpful. It's pretty easy to put together. My 12 year old son put it together with very little help from me. While I don't recommend people using it over weight capacity, so far it's doing great with me and I'm a hefty chick. Thanks for making me feel like I'm not a lost cause! ... show more

I have been hurt very badly in a car accident and I haven't been able to use the heavy machines at the gym plus they hurt my back and neck where I've been injured. I already had a disc replacement in my neck and I'm going to get my spine cared for once my state opens back up for doctor visits. This machine is so kind and so friendly to those who need modifications to do exercise for the upper body. It's so nice to the abdomen too. I had to have abdominal surgery as well because my intestines twisted in the car accident and I have a nice sized scar from belly button on down. I got rear ended by a huge truck at a stop sign and I've been recovering and this machine makes it easier. I just wish I could find the upgrade with the rowing. That way once I'm stronger I can use more weight. I'm already feeling stronger and looking better in the last week that I've had this machine. If I could only find a great hip and thigh abductor, I'd give up my gym membership I feel. This machine is so kind to the body. If you're hesitant I understand but this is a great little machine. Bonus, it's not very heavy or big. It's a little hard to put together, only because I think I can't maneuver to put it together with ease like other people. I think it's worth it. ... show more

This machine is awesome! Your abs will get a work out wether you are a beginner or pro. I’m not a big fan of the resistance bands for your arms and back because they are light and for very basic beginners. I am 6” 2’ and the machine is a bit on the small side, but I just add cushions to the back part to make it more comfortable. There are about 5 or 6 solid ab excercises you can do with this machine. If you need heavier springs for the back resistance you can buy them at a hardware store, but then you will not be strengthening your abs as much. This machine will give you a versatile and solid ab workout if used properly. ... show more

First, I would recommend the Wonder Core 2 to friends and family or anyone who is looking for a compact and easy to use exerciser machine. I love this exercise machine. My only wish is it should have been made in the USA. The tags on this piece of equipment are all in Chinese, which is annoying so I removed them since I neither read or speak the language. Is BodyOrbit Co., LTD an American company outsourcing the manufacture of its products? Shame...that. Other than that little grip, the excercise machine has already helped me lose a few inches off my waist. It's easy to install and get your self to using the machine, which is beautifully designed, easy to use and practical. Lets hope it lasts as long as I would like it to last - a life time...:) ... show more
