Tent itself seems well made, storage bag is loose fitting and pretty cheap material. It would be fine stored inside a top case or pannier, but I opted for a 48L dry bag I bought on Amazon a while back. Setup is easy, even solo at 10pm. Held up fine under storms coming in from Lake Michigan. Definitely utilize the guy lines in windy conditions, orient the sleeping compartment toward the wind too. Space inside is colossal, fit a Kawasaki Councours 1000 with a large top case hanging off the back without issues. Plenty of width for panniers or saddlebags. It does not have the third door on the garage end that the Lonerider tent has. I am 6’1” and could nearly stand up all the way. Tons of space in the inner tent as well. 2 adults plus all your gear, could easily fit a third with your gear out by the bike. ... show more

I’m very impressed with the quality and workmanship of this tent. I definitely recommend buying this if you have the proper storage capacity on your motorcycle. It took some learning to fully stake and setup on my first try (1.5hrs) but I am certain I’ll be able to set it up in 30 minutes or less on a camp site on my second try. The clips and straps are all very intuitive. Everything is adjustable to fit your campsite, but setting this up in a strong wind will take an immense amount is patience. I like that you can setup the outer canopy and secure yourself from elements and then setup the inner tent. Overall an incredible tent with plenty of space and privacy and well designed features. This is not for cold weather as its not a sealed cabin due to the mesh. You’ll need a warm sleeping bag. Tear down was super easy, but it will take some practice to get the tent tightly packed. I didn’t remove the inner tent.. just put the whole thing away in the provided extra large storage bag. Update: this is NOT WATERPROOF. Do not be fooled.. I'm sitting in this tent right now while it's raining.. was hoping to stay dry.. and the floor layer has water soaking through the liner from the dirt underneath. Place a blue tarp under your tent. This tent is amazing, weight size, ease of set up, and went together perfect for bike haul, ( my packed up pic is inside tent still in outer shell). The motorcycle opening is around 43 inches. It's perfect for my KLR650, but I'll need to remove aluminium side bags, atleast one, on PanAm special, but I'll probably be doing that anyway , 6 foot tall and ducked a little pulling in and out. Two adults would fit perfect in tent sleeping part. I'll be getting a ground tarp that covers entire footage. I wondered if tie down strings came with tent (they do), plenty of anchors and solid aluminum 3 color coaded through bars, and tie downs and securment. I am and it's worth buying buying a spare tent, cause stuff happens. Be safe neighbors. ... show more

I bought this tent last spring after a lot of internet research. I could not be happier with my purchase. I have used this tent five times so far this year. Setup is easy. Tent is very roomy. love the extra space in the 'garage' area. Only downside is bag ripped on first trip. Would have been nice if material was sturdier. A little hard to assemble at first but you’ll get use to it the more u use it. Perfect for motor camping. Tent bag comes with built in straps but still had to add Rok straps to be extra secured. Still way cheaper than the Lone Rider one

I purchased this tent through Amazon. We used on our motorcycle trip through Alaska. Worked well for two people with cots. Well made, love the easy to use zippers. Unfortunately, I crashed my bike and tore the straps off the storage bag in the process. Also ripped the bag, difficult to repair. Tent seems fine. I would like to purchase a replacement bag if it is available. ... show more

It is a great tent, easy to assemble once you know how to do it. For those who have big bikes, dont worry you have plenty space for it (I kept two bikes in there LOL) In the room you have plenty space for storing your personal items such as helmet, gloves, jacket, bags, etc. The space is enough for 2-3 persons depending on how you acoomodate yourself but its very comfortable and water resistant so no worries for the rain, just close the tent and that's it. ... show more

I have been a camper all my life. The pictures and description provided made it seem a much better product than it really is. The concept is a good one but the product is very complicated and instructions are horrible. So difficult to set up and because the instructions were really non existent it just added to the complications. It took two of us two hours to finally make it so we could even use the tent which included us searching online how to assemble and finding nothing. There are no screens to keep bugs out. I ride a big touring bike that wouldn't even come close to fitting under the cover, the sides don't even go all the way down to the ground, and like I mentioned, way to complicated to set up. I could go on and on. The only two really good things about this tent is, first, because I am returning it I will never have to attempt to set it up again and two, the bag they give you to keep it in is high quality and the best part of the product.
