  • Great tent for camping with Friends
Size: Contains PFAS Style: 6-person
We bought this tent to go camping with friends for 3 days. It was really easy to assemble. It took about 3 minutes. It is very well made. It is water proof. We did not have any leaks at all inside. I loved that I had plenty of room to stand up to get dressed and to have my queen size air mattress. It doesn't come with a top rain flap so you do have to purchase that separately. I didn't realize this till we got to the campground. It doesn't affect it being water proof it just allows you to keep the windows open if it's raining and rain won't get in. I would definitely purchase this tent again because of its ease of use and it's great construction. ... show more

  • A good quality tent at an low rate.
Size: Contains PFAS Style: 4-person
I bought this product because I needed a tent to camp in at burning man. I needed something that would keep the playa dust out. That would stand up in the wind and was affordable when I did not have much of a budget. This tent is fully sealed. It’s easy to set up. It’s sturdy against the high winds. I was able to camp in it and let minimal dust from the desert enter. It was spacious enough to put a cot in it, a couple totes to store food, clothing, water. I layered the inside with a canvas drop cloth to help protect the floor. All around I was really satisfied with this tent. It made it through and has held up well. Also I think it will last as it is well made. ... show more
Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2024 by I ordered these boots for part of a renaissance costume. I needed something that was well made looked older and comfortable. These boots hit all the marks. I typically wear close to a 8 Mens in most of my shoe sizes so I ordered 1/2 size up 8 1/2 and it’s a perfect fit.

  • DO NOT BUY THE 8 OR 10 PERSON TENTS!!
Size: Contains PFAS Style: 8-person
UPDATE 6-person tent on the beach: I took the 6-person tent camping on the beach. Over-all it held up really well. I got it up in under two minutes. Then the wind kicked up. I would recommend that if the wind is over 10-15mph, don't go. I had to anchor all of the corners and use the tether lines with heavy duty tent stakes (I purchased separately) to keep it anchored to the ground. When trying to take it down, I recommend closing the door and leaving the windows half-way up just to release the inner air. I tried it first with the door and windows all of the way open and the tent kept blowing up like a balloon which kept causing the legs to reextend. It was nearly impossible to take down. I had to really struggle to try and get it to collapse. I never had this problem with my traditional tent where I could just remove the poles. With no wind, I would say it is perfect. UPDATE 6 - Person Tent: I replaced the 8-person tent I had to throw away with the 6-person version. OMG - SO MUCH EASIER!! I was able to get it up by myself in around 1 minute and take down - back in the bag within 2 minutes! I went through the whole process twice just to make sure! The tent fabric is thick and feels very durable. The floor is the thickest I have ever seen on a tent.... It's like a heavy duty tarp. So far I am really impressed! I changed my overall rating from 1 star for the 8-person to 5 stars for the 6-person! I will write another update after I take it to the beach in a couple of weeks and see how it holds up there. ORIGINAL PURCHASE 8 - Person tent: I have been camping for over 40 years. I selected this tent because it advertises as "instant-tent with 60-second easy assembly." So much better than the hassle of dealing with multiple poles... right? The 8-person tent has 6 legs; one in each corner and one on each side where there is no door. It was like trying to wrestle an angry octopus - seriously!! It requires a bare minimum of 2 people (and four people would be better) to set it up. You have to raise all of the poles at the same time or it will just keep collapsing in different directions. It took us over half an hour of struggling to get it up. I was exhausted and sweaty at the end. One of the poles bent the first time the tent was up (not sure how, it wasn't manhandled and no wind or anything) and it will no longer contract or expand. And the fabric was thin and saggy... as well as the floor. I don't think it would hold-up in the wind or rain at all. Taking it down was just as difficult as setting it up (or more so) because the poles kept collapsing every which way. You can't take them all down at the same time unless you have 6 people. So we had to figure out how to manually fold and realign the legs from the big tangled pile on the ground in order to get the tent to fold back up for transport. I bought this tent because it was supposed to be easy!! Maybe the 4 or 6-person tent that only has the 4 corner poles would be much easier to manage; but this 6-pole 8-person model is a nightmare! I threw it away. I could have tried to return it for the refund but with the bent pole that would no longer contract, I couldn't get it back in the box! UGH!!!!!! ... show more

  • It's Alright
Size: Contains PFAS Style: 10-person Dark Room
I bought the 10 person tent on a prime day deal and overall, it's been alright. Is it the lap of luxury when it comes to tents? Not really, but it's not bad either. It's big enough that we can fit a queen air mattress (sleeping my wife and I) next to a full air mattress (sleeping my 7 and 6 year olds) with a pack'n'play (sleeping my 2 year old) at the foot of the queen mattress and still have room for some gear in front of the full air mattress and a good sized space for the walk in at the door. Do note though that my setup for this will block the second (soft) door, but it leaves the hard door open with plenty of space to come in and a spot to change clothes in easily. In the future when my 2 year old outgrows a pack'n'play, I will modify the setup so that I am sleeping on my ZenBivy at the foot of the air mattresses and he is up in the beds w/ the rest of the family and when not sleeping, I can move my ZenBivy out of the way for more floor space. As far as weather resistance goes, it's pretty good. We had a camping trip where we got dumped on with rain for 16 hours and we only had a few small puddles form in the corners of the tents which isn't bad for a tent this size and shape and 16 hours of rain. Where this loses a star for the weather resistance is that the rainfly does not go over the top of the door and the slant of the tent makes it so when you open the door, all the water on the rainfly drops right into the door on the floor of the tent. We had to put a towel there to manage the water at the door for that reason. We also had another camp site where both nights we got slammed with some heavy winds and the tent did just fine with only the stakes (no guy lines) and our stuff in it. The tent is pretty spacious, but I wish it had more of the canopy design to get more headroom everywhere in the tent. I'm 6'3" and I can stand up in the middle, but still have to hunch at the edges. For the durability, it's decent. I've had this tent up and down about 10 times now with some trips + backyard camping and it's doing pretty well. Some of the blackout material is cracking in parts of the rainfly, so I doubt that will hold up to years of use, but it's still blocking water and what not, it's just letting a bit of light in. Setup is insanely easy; however, takedown does suck. It is hard to get the tent back down to the profile it needs to be to fit the bag. It's takes me some good effort with a lot of strategic wrapping of the fabric along with kneeling on it and having a second person help to zip it up. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. It's a decent tent and fits the whole family pretty comfortably. It handled some crazy winds and a ton of rain just fine with no major issues other than the rainfly not protecting the door very well. ... show more
