Clock is adorable but the second hand just moves around. It doesn't tick off the seconds. I feel it would be hard to teach a child with this clock

I as an adult who struggles with analog clocks, can read this clock confidently. It has also has helped teach my 3 year old and 4 year old nephew how to tell and understand time. So it's exceptional for all age ranges. The appearance and colors are bright, entertaining and easy to understand.
