Update: The seller saw my original 3 star review and offered me a full refund. Very generous! This tells me they care about quality. If I need more frames, I'll happily purchase these again! Original Review: The frames work great and the little kits that comes with them to hang them is so cute. They do the job and hold lots of art and display it well. I didn't give it full stars though because mine had obviously been damaged and repaired with a sharpie. Really weird because it was supposed to be a brand new item. My little art designers would paint every day something new, just to see it on the wall. They are sturdy and the color (pink) is true to the images. We love them!

We love these and bought 3 to display our child’s artwork on the wall. They are easy to hang and to use. Good quality overall and they hold a lot of artwork inside. I love that they come with a mat option as well.

    • Frame is fine, but storage is awkward

So, the frame is fine. It doesn’t really fit 8x10 mats, you have to trim the mats down to use them in the frame. Also, storing smaller artwork is hard because the straps are spaced too far apart. But I like that it can be used both vertically and horizontally

I bought three of these, one for each kid! They were easy to hang in our hallway to display the kids art they bring home from school and what they do at home! I love how much the straps can hold so we don’t lose any of the papers! And we can change up which picture is shown easily! Just perfect all around! ... show more

    • Very disappointing. The seller is wonderful though & they made it right.
Update : The seller reached out to me, apologized & offered a full refund (which I have received). I would definitely buy from them again. Even though I had issues with this product I was very impressed at how well they communicated, wanted to solve the problem & they made it right quickly. A+ seller. I was so excited about these. I ordered the 2 pack/black. I was a little disappointed when I noticed that one of the clear plastic things had a crease in the middle but I decided I could live with that. When hanging them up the black hanging things came right off of the back of both of the frames, so now they are useless & I'm so very disappointed. The idea is great, they look good, I love that it came with everything to hang them on the wall but none of that matters if they can't actually be hung. The little black hanger pieces are literally just stuck into the cardboard backing & they pull out super easily. I'll be returning & looking for some better quality ones.
