I got this charger to charge my Apple devices at work (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods Pro), and it's working great so far if it is used correctly. Make sure to use the included higher power 18W USB A brick and not just connect it to a 5W USB port, or another low power USB A charger, as there will not be enough power to charge all devices at once. You'll know it's not happy if it's blinking at you (alternating green/blue). I like how you can toggle the status light on or off. If the status light bothers you when charging your phone on your nightstand, you can turn off the status light. Pros: - convenient - can charge all devices at once - charge phone in portrait or landscape - adjustable angle of phone stand - portable - folds and collapses flat for travel - unbranded - clean black (or white) look - status light can be turned on/off - compatible with other wireless charging phones Cons: - confusing power source (IMPORTANT: Don't plug it into a computer USB port, as it doesn't have enough power) I didn't think twice or read the manual, saw the USB A connector and plugged it into the back of my monitor. Most USB ports in computers give you about 5W of power. If you do this, your are only able to charge your devices one at a time, and the phone will be charging very slowly. The status indicator will also blink because its underpowered. Use the included 18W USB A power supply. This charger has an incredibly small footprint, folds easily, charge is my watch faster than my old one and seems to have no alignment issues at all. I also really appreciate that the charging light in the base can be turned off easily if you don’t want extra light when you’re trying to sleep. I ordered this for a work trip because I wanted to only have to carry a single charger. It replaced a similar larger charger, but that one was really picky about having the AirPod Case & phone lined up just right in order to charge, which meant I sometimes woke up to no new charge. I have this on my nightstand and it works perfect! I love that I can tap the light off so it does not disturb my sleep. I charge my watch, phone and AirPods on just one unit, no extra cables taking up space. PLUS, it’s great for travel as well. Folds down flat and doesn’t take up much room in my bag. ***Update*** This worked great until last week. The watch & AirPods area still charge fine, the phone does not charge at all. Easy set up. Lights let you know your products are seated correctly/charging. Very compact/takes up little space. Don’t have to use Apple Watch charging cable/magnet. This product already has it. I am so glad I ordered this! I have loved my Nomad watch/phone/multi charging pad for several years, but with the introduction of the MagSafe solution with the latest iPhones the Nomad has become increasingly sensitive to enable both phone and AirPods charging together, so I've ended up just having to lay the phone fully across the Nomad charger to get it to charge. This charger is fantastic since it has separate charging locations for all three devices simultaneously yet still folds up very nicely for portable travel. Love the quality feel of the materials as well. The only negative I have found so far in a week of regular use is that sometimes I have to adjust the phone on the stand to ensure it is charging but the LED light ring helps indicate charging also.
