My Neighbor had some trespassing issues and he got a trail camera. Problem was, the Trail camera was older and has a tiny screen that us old Fuddy-Duddys cannot see very well. I bought him this Viewer so now he can see the offenders on the screen clearly without Squintin' like Clinton! He Loves it and it solved his problem. So far it works great. There is only one issue. Everyone that I know that purchased one of these Wildgame Card Readers, Model: VU60 got a SCREEN PROTECTOR in the box, I didn't. I Called the Co. they were no help. I honestly believe the person I talked to had no clue what did or didn't come in the box and said she couldn't help me. Update, Tuesday, MARCH 7th/2023. Well i did a little research on the net. After watching all the open box reviews, which showed that every Wildgame innovation Card Reader Model: VU60 came with a SCREEN PROTECTOR. When i called the company and told them i didn't get a SCREEN PROTECTOR in the box they replied, it doesn't come with a SCREEN PROTECTOR stating, sorry that we can't help you and we hung up. What this tells me is that this company couldn't care less about taking care of their customers. They couldn't be bothered in sending me a SCREEN PROTECTOR, really. "BUT" shame on me, I had issued with this company in the past. I purchased 8 Trail cameras & 8 lock boxes. Within a year and 9 months 5 of the 8 lost their night vision capability. Just recently 1 of the 3 that i have left lost it's 1 minute timer capability. Remember, they only have a i year warranty after that your on your own. So, would i buy any more of their products, NO. I don't usually go in line and bad mouth a company, "but really" they couldn't send me a SCREEN PROTECTOR. That rubbed the wrong way. Oh by the way i went on Amazon and ordered the screen protectors myself. All this company every did was cost me money. ... show more
