So I brought the chair two months ago. It was one of them I got to have it cause it pink and not only that the weight limit said 440 (because I have big clients) so I got it. The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful and functional chair. Fits perfect in my salon suite. Love the color! Love the reclining feature for facial waxing and or makeup application. The media could not be loaded. It took almost two hours to build this with two people working on it at once. You will need the proper tools to put it together as it only comes with screws, this might inconvenience people who do not have a set of tools. The directions were clear, make sure to read them carefully. The chair’s aesthetically pleasing but I have a few complaints. 1. Pretty much all of the metal on this chair needs to be beefed up. It lacks a sturdiness. Would not feel comfortable with anyone large sitting in it. 2. The headrest doesn’t lock at different heights. It just gradually slides back down…. 3. I transitioned from an older chair to this one and I love it. You can tell that it’s not made from real leather so I don’t know how long it will last but we’ll cross that bridge then. It’s much bigger than my last standard chair, which I love. You have to pump using less force than I’m used to, so I initially thought it didn’t work. Great chair very nice, big and comfy, but a few things, the screws becomes loose, the chair will stay in the lean back position; you have to continue to try and fix the chair, everytime it’s used.. had it for about 5 months tops and already having issues
