  • Awesome pressure washer
Style: 3200 Max PSI
The **Westinghouse WPX3200 Pressure Washer** is nothing short of amazing. From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by its power and efficiency. With 3200 PSI and 2.5 GPM, it tackles even the toughest cleaning jobs with ease, whether it's my driveway, patio, or siding. The engine is reliable and starts up quickly every time, making the experience hassle-free. The build quality is solid, and it's clear that Westinghouse designed this washer to last. The hose is long enough to reach far-off spots without having to constantly move the machine, and the different nozzles provided make it versatile for various tasks. I also appreciate how easy it is to maneuver, thanks to the large, sturdy wheels. For anyone in need of a high-performance pressure washer, the WPX3200 is a fantastic investment. It offers commercial-grade results at an affordable price. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Works Great - Read for a few recommendations
Style: 3200 Max PSI
Our old power washer gave out and we wanted a new one so I set out to research the best options. I quickly decided I didn't want an electric or battery power washer due to lower performance/power. I wanted one with PSI in the 2700-3400 range based on the jobs we would use it for (deck, fence, sidewalk, driveway, house and maybe cars). After researching it came down to a 2700psi or 3200psi Westinghouse or a Sampson power washer. Consumer Guides led me to the Sampson options as they raved about their quality, build level, durability and performance. The price was a little higher, but I wanted something I could rely on for years. However, as I read customer reviews I was surprised at how many 1 star reviews there was for the Sampson model I was considering. Plus, the bad reviews were almost all consistent with a terrible Kohler engine and a pump that fell apart too soon. I know all products will have 1 star reviews (this Westinghouse did as well), but 8% 1 star reviews on the Sampson with every complaint pointing to the same two key parts (engine and pump), plus horrible customer service reviews when people tried to get a brand new or nearly new unit repaired were just more than I was willing to deal with. So, I chose the Westinghouse since the 1 star reviews were only about 2% and the 4 and 5 star reviews were much higher. I did find that some people complained about the unit coming broken and not being able to return it to Amazon. However, Amazon was very clear that while you can't return the item you can get a refund or replacement if it comes broken. Some reviews had a broken/cracked gas tank or other shipping issues so I quickly decided that was not a worry for me and that I would pout it together and inspect it right away to make sure it didn't arrive broken or defective. It didn't and the assembly was quite easy with set up instructions and the parts each in their own bag that was labeled so you knew what bag/item to involve according to the instructions. Within 30 minutes I had the unit together and power washing. I will say that after reading the reviews I found some great tips that we decided to follow. First, we went to Ace Hardware and purchased a connector with a 60 degree angle so that the garden water hose that brought water into the unit didn't rub or rest against the wheel. I agree that this is a design flaw as the input valve is in the back of the unit just inside the back left tire and instead of pointing back away from the power washer it points directly towards the right side of the unit and the right tire. After reading a couple other reviews that suggested getting a connector with a 45-90 angle we purchased one with a 60 degree angle so that the hose then angled backwards away from the power washer and didn't rest or touch the right tire at all. Others had expressed that not doing this had led to their garden hose getting a hole worn in it by resting on the tire as the unit vibrated. The other suggestion that we did was to zip tie the power washer hose to the frame on the right handle right after where it attaches to the unit. Otherwise the hose comes out and runs right near the muffler that gets very hot. Customers had described how their hose touched the muffler and melted. A zip tie easily fixed this so that was not a concern at all and zip tying it didn't hinder the performance of the hose at all. We washed our large (20x12) Trex deck and 14 stairs leading from the deck to the yard, plus a rectangle table, 6 chairs, deck rail and our Traeger grill/cover all in about 30 minutes. Everything looked great and you could see the dirt easily wash off after a full fall and winter of not being cleaned. My wife even tested it on the side of the house and the concrete by the bottom of the stairs and it did great there, too. It's great that it comes with multiple easy exchange nozzles that also clip right into the power washer tray by the handle so they don't get lost. We've only used it once, but it worked great and was more powerful than our previous one. The 5 included nozzles will be able to handle every job we will want to do. So far we couldn't be happies and are glad we chose the Westinghouse model. ... show more

  • Read This Before Buying. It May Help You!
Style: 2700 Max PSI
Purchased this unit because I was needing a better pressure washer for detailing our vehicles, as well as some around the home cleaning and to pressure wash our fences. I went back and forth trying to decide to get this 2700 PSI unit or its big brother the 3200 PSI unit. I can now say that I'm happy I decided to go with the 2700 PSI Unit. This unit handled whatever I threw at it, pressure washing muddy trucks(40° White Tip), attached my undercarriage washer to pressure wash under the trucks, tested it on some of my fence boards with the 25°/40°, it cleaned the boards right up, pressure washed some old concrete, made it look good again, everything I would need it for, it does well. I would only recommend the 3200PSI unit if you actually need the really high pressure, mainly for like concrete scrubbers or very heavily soiled/stained areas. The unit arrived pretty quickly, I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived on Saturday. The box was in decent shape and intact. The pressure washer was packaged pretty well and protected. Assembly is relatively easy and straightforward. You will most likely need 10mm and 13mm Socket/Ratchet or Wrench and also a 4mm Allen Key to hold the bolts while tightening the nuts. Mine came with a nice detailed quick start guide, as well as a user manual and warranty card. Once you get it fully assembled, DO NOT FORGET TO PUT IN THE OIL in the Engine. When I removed my unit from the box, the gas tank had that breather hose or w/e it is, completely open and out of the hole. I noticed everytime I would tilt the unit, there was a loud rattle coming from the gas tank, I knew something was wrong, so I removed the filter screen from the gas tank and looked in with a light. Inside were 3 pieces to that breather hose assembly thing, a little spring, a white cylinder with a pointed tip, and a metal end cap. You can see what the pieces look like in my pictures above. At this point I thought it was broken and doomed, saw another reviewer with the same issue, they apparently never got to use theirs. However, I took a second to look at it, and it was actually very simple to fix. Once you get the parts out of the tank with some pliers or something that can reach them, you take the spring, insert it into the white cylinder, the drop it down breather assembly, spring facing down into the breather hose, you want the cone tip on the white piece to be facing you, then lastly just take the metal end cap with the hole in it, line it up with the holes on the sides, then just click it down and it'll lock on. So essentially the spring is pushing the white piece's cone tip into the hole of the end cap, making a check valve. Once you get that done, you simply just insert it back into the hole and make sure it seals flat. After that, I filled it with Oil and Gas, turned on the fuel, turned the ignition switch on, pulled it twice and it fire right up and ran like a champ. Two things I highly suggest you do to prevent a negative experience. In my 3rd Picture you can see I zip-tied the pressure hose right at the handle as it comes off the pump, if you don't do this, there is a very high chance that your hose might touch the exhaust right next to it and cause your pressure hose to melt or burst. The second tip is that in my 4th picture, you can see where you attach your garden hose. Right in front of that is the wheel, most people have their hose sit on top of the wheel, but when the machine is running, the vibrations cause the garden hose the rub on the wheel and it will make a hose or cause it to burst. I highly recommend getting a 45° or 90° adapter to make the hose come out straight to the back. If you don't want to do that, you could always either ziptie the garden hose up also, or wrap the hose with something to protect it. Overall, I am happy with this pressure washer as of now. The hoses rubbing part is only a minor inconvenience, simple fixes, not gonna complain about that. I will update this in the future as I use the machine more and or if any issues arise :) ... show more

  • Power washer is great, wheels not so much
Style: 3200 Max PSI
I've owned this power washer for about two and a half years. It's solidly built, easy to start, runs great and does a nice job at a reasonable price. The hose is a bit stiff (knew that when I bought it) so you might plan to replace it with something more flexible. The only disappointment was the wheels. I knew they were plastic but thought I wouldn't be rolling it around that much and they would be fine. They weren't. They wobble to begin with and with limited use, the hubs start to collapse and break away from the wheel. An embarrassment for an otherwise quality product. (Good quality replacement wheels are available for less than $40.) ... show more
