Only thing I really don't like is that the water bottle holder doesn't grip a water bottle tight enough and when going over bumps the bottle falls out. This feels like a very high quality bag that will last as long as my e-bike does. Very stiff sides and top so it doesn’t sag when it’s empty. All that said, it is fairly small. It’s exactly how it was described so that’s not a criticism, just an observation. I wanted a smaller type bag to put a small U Lock and cable, my wallet and phone, and a few small picnic or grocery items. I’d have to use a backpack if I was going to carry more.
