  • Buy a couple of sizes to find the best fit
Size: Medium (Pack of 1)
Excellent work gloves for moderately heavy outdoor work and splitting/stacking firewood. The elastic wrist band with adjustable velcro kept these secure all day, even when my hands got extremely sweaty. The leather palms are strong and held up to a week of heavy outdoor work using a variety of tools (note: these are definitely not chainsaw gloves). After a week of use, I machine-washed them with warm water using a degreaser then air-dried and they're ready to go again. If you'll be working with pitchy wood/grease, just know that the tan suede-type areas will get stained but they're work gloves so that was a non-issue in my book. Still, the pink exteriors made me smile so I was happy about the color. Men's gloves are always too broad or the fingers are too long (specifically, the pinky finger. What is up with those extremely long little fingers in gloves?!) but these fit well and I'll probably buy a backup pair for when these fall apart. It was worth it to buy a couple of different sizes to find the best fit and return the ones that were too big. ... show more

  • Reliable, Durable, and Comfortable
Size: Small (Pack of 1)
As a DIY enthusiast, I am constantly on the lookout for reliable, durable, and comfortable gear to help me with my projects. These Gloves have become an essential part of my toolkit! They are incredibly durable and they remain water-resistant, even after a few years of use. Whether I’m working with wood, handling garden tools, or doing some light construction work, these gloves have stood up to the test. ... show more

  • THE best gardening gloves
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I bought a pair of these gloves from Lowe's three years ago. I usually go through at least one pair of gloves per gardening season as I do a lot of hand weeding and pulling, as well as heavy lifting, etc. The finger tips are normally the first to go, sometimes after only a couple of weeks. Not with these gloves though! They are extremely durable and have remained flexible, although the elastic around the wrist has deteriorated a little. I finally had to retire the original pair this year but my local Lowe's isn't selling them any more. I found them here on Amazon and in a beautiful pink no less. I've tried so many different gardening gloves over the years, but these are by far the best. The photo shows the right hand. The left one still has no holes in it. ... show more

  • Not As Nice As Wells Lamont HydraHyde Gardening Gloves
Size: Small (Pack of 1)
Oops, I thought I was ordering another pair of Hydrahyde Gardening Gloves but ordered these split leather hybrid gloves instead. You have to look carefully to see the difference when ordering. For me, the gardening gloves a superior to these hybrid style. The garden gloves cost a few dollars more but are worth it. What I like about both styles is the nearly indestructible neoprene material on the backs of hands and cuffs. The velcro strap at the wrists work the same. Easy on-off strap keeps dirt out. The cuffs are wide enough to cover my large Apple Watch glass crystal, nice to protect from scratches and dirt while gardening. Here's where the two styles differ -- in the leather and length of fingers. The size small gardening gloves fit me perfectly. The fingertips of the size small in hybrid style are too long, by more than a quarter inch. Also, the palms and finger leather on the gardening gloves is smooth and soft but durable. The leather on these hybrid gloves is a tan shade of suede leather. The stitching on the seams joining the leather with neoprene is much smoother, less lumpy on the gardening gloves. These are nice gloves, just not my personal favorite. If you're looking for a work glove these are fine but the women's HJydraHyde gardening gloves are even better. ... show more

  • The best gloves for pulling blackberries
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These gloves are incredible. Our backyard became overrun with blackberries, but pulling them was tearing up my hands no matter what gloves I used, until I found these. I could grab the blackberries with no concern for the thorns at all and not just move the blackberries, but actually put my weight behind pulling on them if needed. ... show more

  • Very comfortable, thick enough to help prevent thorns getting through
Size: Medium (Pack of 1)
These are nice medium-duty garden gloves. I had them on while ripping out wild blackberry plants, which was quite thorny. It kept almost every thorn out of my skin, which was exactly what I was hoping for. However, to use my cellphone, I did have to pull a glove off - my phone wouldn't use the glove for access. When I do need another pair of garden gloves, I'm going to get these again. I liked them well enough that I got extra pairs already for family to help out too. ... show more
