Positives: This is a good product for beginners and more advanced players to be able to identify notes on sheet music at a glance. The silicone notes are easy peasy to place on my piano keyboard and they do not interfere with playing even when my fingers “walk up” on the keys. Great tool to give a young beginner player confidence in helping them play the correct notes. And for music teachers to use for students and not have to worry about removing for their own personal playing. I find they are visually and physically unobtrusive. Cons: The tabs are not completely “idiot proof”. This application assumes all the notes played above middle C are played on the treble clef and notes below middele C are played on the bass clef. Any notes outside these parameters are not supported by the tabs (see my two pics). Of course, it is easy enough to figure the notes by old fashioned methods. I did find that the lines on a couple of notes were not clearly marked - I am not sure if this was a printing error or “typo” — see my pic of lower C that should have two lines through the note vs one. I did find that a fine tip ball point pen easily writes on the tabs to correct any errors or make the lines on notes appear more visible. Those with vision issues, may want tabs with larger print to be able to see at a glance. Overall, I would recommend for beginners, but verify the notes are printed clearly. Just got the silicone keyboard stickers with the notes for all 88 of my keys. I had to cut the keys once to get them to fit at the very ends of the keys but they stick to the keys without being sticky. The silicone is easy to cut and place on the correct keys. I am a guitarist but like to play my electric piano. This will help me to know what key I'm in and what I'm playing, so that I can translate the guitar to the piano/synthesizer. I have a few of these for using with my young piano students (I homeschool my kids). These are the best of them. The colored ones have a hard to see yellow. Most have a thick "string" that connects them that doesn't really fit behind the keys.. this one is thin. Most are sized for a standard piano... this one is a tad bit short for a standard piano but does stretch to fit just fine. However, this one can be used on electric pianos that are a bit smaller than standard, whereas the other ones are too wide and just don't fit right. So, all in all, this has the best fit to be able to fit more keyboards than the others I've used, and you can clearly see the notes and note names. These are really nice because they are silicone and don't actually adhere to the keys, but they do stay out of the way and don't move around when you play.
