Not bad for an intro machine. Price is about the same as big box stores( big box is cheaper if you dont include delivery) machine itself is not horrible.. It's quite easy to set up in a reasonable amount of time, and they provide most of the basic hand tools for setup. The part I have issue with is that. Is the bar that you grab for mounting and dismounting the machine Is the bar that you grab for mounting and dismounting the machine. Has wiggle room. Feels loose no matter how much you tighten the area. I am 6'5 and three hundred pounds. .And I felt quite comfortable on the machine itself. The length covered all the way to my head. Over width left a little room to be desired. My main issue is that leg pads are insufficient. And doesn't have enough to cover the full area it is supposed to cover. Which exposed my legs and knees to be scratched. A little improvising fixed the issue but it's not something that I should have to worry about. Overall I'd recommend. ... show more

Decided its time to get my high school abs back so i started off with another bench from here that was 50 and it was terribly made, didnt have much recline and pads almost made my knees dislocate. This $150 bench was assembled in 20 min with how easy and the padding with adjustment is solid. The 30 degree Incline is also exactly what I was looking for to target my abs better. Just bought this, and it is very well built. Quality covering, high density padding, and heavy steel. There's also balancers on one end if you have uneven flooring. Great bang for the buck.

Bought October 2 and broke November 28 with moderate use and less than half of the 1100lb weight limit stated. Hinge is sloppy and moves side to side. Seemed stable under weight until welds broke and peeled off. If I was lifting more or without safety devices, could have been bad.

I've had it for about a week and I am pleased with it so far. Went together easily. Very sturdy aside from the leg holder moves ever so slightly. Really hard to tell and doesn't affect my workout. The bench otherwise is steady and I didn't need to adjust the bench with the knobs, but it's nice knowing I have that option. I'm 6' and this bench covers me when doing decline dumbbell presses. Doesn't feel cheap and padding is good. It would be nice it the foot holder had a 90 degree attachment option that gets your feet a little more under you when declined, but for what it is this bench works well and I don't feel unstable under weights or doing decline ab work. For the price, I think this bench works well and a really good deal as I've been looking at decline bench options for awhile. If you're much more over 6' you might want a different option. ... show more
