This is a good unit for my Dell laptop, works well in a multi-monitor setup. However if you have a lot of USBC devices you will need adapters to make them work, otherwise great unit!

Update After having online chat with Wavlink website customer service, a replacement was sent to me on the next day. I am impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. —————— The official website indicates that the power adaptor of this docking station should be 20V/2A, but what was in the delivered package was a 20/1.2A power adaptor, which could provide significantly lower wattage. I bought this as my 2nd try for a USB hub that said it was compatible with HP laptop, but it did not work. I tried every fix from online and YouTube and even HP.com. Nothing worked. So it doesn’t matter what the product says it can do if it won’t work with the computer — it becomes worthless.
