I've only had this new ink collection bin for a couple days, but it seems to be working great. I removed the old ink container, which was a bit heavy as it was full. This new container popped into the Sawgrass printer easily, clicked, and all the flashing lights on the printer went off. Success! The price was right, and installation was a breeze! This was the waste collection unit I purchased to replace the original. The price was less than others and it works perfectly! You literally open the printer door to remove the full waste unit and replace it with this new one. It also comes with a bag to put the old cartridge in and seal it for disposal.
