I had this printer for a couple of months and it worked great. There is a learning curve and once you get it down it's awesome. After like 200 prints my motherboard and printhead got burned out don't know how but Allen and Jack helped me get the parts I need and walked me through on how to replace them. Update.. So it's been months since I replaced my parts and still going strong. No issues and prints still coming out great. The printer already paid for itself and more. The media could not be loaded. I bought this printer back in April of 2023. It was difficult getting it set up due to the fact that you have to do everything on their time which meant staying up until 2:00 3:00 in the morning talking to them overseas on the what up app. After getting set up I used it. It was working okay but still having difficulties printing good quality prints. I ended up going into the hospital and not being able to use the printer for a week. Came back and it was no longer working. I have been on the what's up app message through Amazon to get it fixed. The company has been giving me the complete and utter run around even though I still have warranties on it and it was still under manufactured warranty. They're now refusing to send me the parts and unless I paid them more money for them to send them to me. Which is more than getting the parts on Amazon. This company with its words multiple times. I have days and days of what up app messages from them. And now I am still sitting with a printer that does not work and are losing money every single day that it does not work. This company is 100% a complete scam in Amazon should not allow them to sell on their site anymore. So if you have money to waste then go ahead and buy it from this company. They don't deserve any stars at all. And the reason why they're trying not to honor their manufactured warranty is because they have screwed me over for so long on getting it fixed. That is now outside there parameters of warranty qualifications. What? I have several videos that I am willing to share with anybody who needs to see or hear what was said and done and I will even be willing to share all my WhatsApp messages from them. I got my printer and oven combo back in December. My printer has worked amazingly. Setup and installation went smooth. My curing oven though keep beeping and would not heat properly. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded by the next day. When I responded again we were able to chat through what’s app and using videos to show them the problem. They immediately was able to tell me what was wrong and sent a new part and it arrived very quickly. Replacing the part was also simple. Then I was having issues with the button and timer. I sent them another message and again they responded send timely. ~JacK was able to figure out what was wrong and send me a video to quickly fix the issue which was just resetting the Temperature control panel to recognize the button! I let my printer sit for 1 month while I was on a trip, I contacted their customer service and they were by far the best and most helpful individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I originally had an error message about print head being at the end of its life. I am in the kiddlenof completing a mothers day order and needed to get this problem fixed IMMEDIATELY. I contacted the support via the manufacturer WhatsApp and was helped by Daisy. This problem that I thought was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix, mind you Ive have this printer since November, was solve in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Daisy!! The media could not be loaded. Today is 8/1/24 my printer stopped working 80 days ago for no reason . It just slowed down and died and the techs can't fix it so I've spent$ 2500$ for a printer that I was able to use 6 months instead of 5-6years PLEASE DONT BUY! Great customer service but poor printer. I've had issues with this printer 6 months. I have did everything they suggested me to do Jack,albert,Daisy all just won't admit they sold me a janky printer I even waisted $284 for a new mother board. Then sent it back. I am on my 3rd ink pump .Nothing changed. Every time u buy 1 part another breaks. Now my paper feed light won't go off and my print cartridge won't lock. With the company instructions we have taken then entire printer apart. I've. Missed 3 months of sleep staying up til 2am 4 days a week trying to fix it. PLEASE DON'T BUY The ink cartridge won't glide across the roller and I've spent $20 on grease no changes they just keep waisting my time My printer stopped working may 13th It was unboxed November 2nd How do a company sale this $2500 printer but can't repair it I'm a vendor every other weekend I have waisted $200 on clothing racks $300 on blank tshirts and I have missed $1045.00 in sales due to mothers day,fathers day,and Juneteenth sales missed, I've probably lost my 6 weekly regular customers I'm highly upset. I run a small business and needed to add some products using this printer. I received the printer December 8th. It is Dec 28th and I have YET to be able to print successfully. Nor have I been able to get customer service people to help. I downloaded the app they want to communicate on and sent and email regarding that with NO response. I’m about ready to box this up and send it back unfortunately. If after ALL the research and instructions I’ve seen on this particular printer, I am coming to a loss.
