Easy to set up but the power isn't much for the patio where it's harder to expand the heat being directed straight outward. maybe a gazebo where its more enclosed and circular area. Saying that it's going to be used in the garage near the work bench in front. They offer support but there's no contact information if you should have a question.     • Good, but Not Great Unfortunately
I recently purchased the Wall-Mounted Electric Heater, and I have mixed feelings about its performance. The 1500W heating power is impressive and provides quick warmth thanks to the carbon fiber tube design—I've noticed it heats up in just about 1 second, which is great for immediate comfort. The IP65 waterproof rating is a huge advantage, making it suitable for outdoor use. I've installed it on my patio, and it holds up well against the elements, providing reliable heating during chilly evenings.     • Does Not Work!
I absolutely do everything I can to avoid giving 1 star reviews to new products, however sometimes it needs to be done so other consumers don't waste their money on products that don't work. This appears at first to be a nice heater. It comes with all the mounting hardware, a couple of covers, and even comes with two remotes. Unfortunately the product was obviously never tested at the factory because it is totally non-functional. Pressing the manual on button seems to get it to the state that it needs to be in to accept commands from the remote control, but neither remote control worked at all. I carefully read the manual and went to the troubleshooting that was available online but nothing in either explained what were obviously unpaired or non-functioning remotes. I tried both remotes with two sets of batteries that had been verified to be working and neither remote worked. I even tried long pressing buttons just on the off chance they were set this way but they were not. My recommendation would be to find another option. ... show more

    • Produces good heat, easy install
This is a good option for small spaces, such as patios or a smaller garage. It heats up quickly, has a sleek design, and the waterproof feature is a nice feature for outdoor settings. The installation was pretty easy and straight forward depending on the type of wall you have, studs, concrete, etc.

    • It is on side, but it’s understandable
We are going to use it in our season room and it’s easy to install. If you have to anchor it on a wall you are gonna need a little heavy duty installation now anchors because it’s very heavy. We are going to have it for now. It’s nice and warm. It does great work it’s Perfect for our three season room looks decent. It’s nothing fancy just Regular heater. It’s not too big.     • Doesn't work, remote controls do not turn it on
I see another customer had the same issue I am having, the switch turns on, red light blinks, but neither of remote controls activate it, so no heat. I have tried a lot of things but I cannot find any help documents or anything to provide me support. I cannot find out how to contact the company so this is a one star review. I will update the review should the company contact me with support options. Update: this is where you think I am going to write about how this company helped me out. Not the case here. There is no way to contact them, so happily Amazon sent me another one. The second one got here today and DOES NOT WORK EITHER. I figured then that it must be me. I checked batteries, they are good, I read whatever I could find, no luck finding much. I positioned the heater in multiple positions, no luck, I used both remotes and aimed them in every way possible. Now I have to waste my time returning these. I am typically a happy reviewer, but this product twice has let me down. I moved the stars up to 2 as the company sent me a model up as a replacement and it worked great. Heats up the room and is wifi enabled as well. I suggest you purchase that model as it is better and it worked. ... show more

    • Warm heat, but low wattage.
I recently purchased this wall mounted electric heater and initially installed it on the back patio of my apartment building. Unfortunately, it didn’t really work for me in that setting. The heater is of a smaller wattage, so it doesn’t have the power to keep you sweltering hot during the winter months. I decided to move it to the back porch of my vacation home, where it performed a bit better. It’s sufficient to keep you warm, but don’t expect it to provide intense heat.
