  • Best purchase of 2024- Easy set up, lightweight, makes my home so cozy
Easy set up, great heater 👌 . It's well made and looks good. I wanted actually a cast iron woodstove to bring some heat to my home but with a rustic feel but they were extremely expensive and I wasn't sure I wanted to pay to vent it out . Well so I searched for another option and only found electric stuff but I already have 2 heaters that were very expensive to power last year. This popped up and I took a chance based on the previous reviews and bought it. Best purchase of the year !!!! ... show more

  • Great heater
East to assemble and works great propane lasts for a long time

  • Beware
We bought this heater back in October of 2023. Living in East Texas we don't have harsh winters but needed a reliable heater for our dog kennel. My husband loved this heater, it was easy to light and the propane tank was secured so our dogs didn't knock it over when they ran to their kennels. We had used it about a dozen or more times, whenever it started getting colder probably around the first of December. He never left it running only used it to get the kennels warm at night then kept a temperature controlled electric heater running all night. The first of January he lit it and walked the dogs around before putting them up for the night. He came in and the entire heater was on fire with flames shooting to the ceiling! We have a huge facility with 16 kennels on the inside and outside! He got the water hose but couldn't get the fire out so he ran up and turned the propane off and threw the entire thing out the nearest door because it was still on fire. This could've been so devastating on so many levels! Thank goodness he never left it on after it got warm inside, we could've lost our entire building but most importantly our beloved labradors who can't be replaced. Or it could've exploded when he ran up to turn off the propane and hurt or worse in the process. I'm sorry to just be posting this and pray no one has been hurt using this heater. If you own one, DON'T leave it running unattended! ... show more

  • Great Secondary Heat Source
I bought this heater as a backup source of heat in the event my electricity went out. It is reminiscent of the old, gas, space heaters that used to scorch the back of your legs and it easily heats a poorly insulated, 12 X 14 foot room with the window cracked for ventilation. I have only used it once, for a little over an hour, but I noticed an odor that might be unburned propane. ... show more

  • Great heater
This thing works really well.

  • Great Heater
This heater works great! My family and I have purchased a total of 3. It puts out a ton of heat even on the lowest setting. I would recommend this heater to anyone looking to save a bit on electric during the cold winter months. If you have children, please do not let them near the front of the heater as there is an open flame that fingers can get to. The metal on the front of the heater does get very hot as well. This can cause burns. It is simple to put together, but the instructions were a bit small to read. You will need to purchase a propane tank to use, but that is easy to come by. All in all this heater works amazingly and will save money on electric and keep you warm if the power was to go out (Heaven Forbid). ... show more

  • Defective. disappointed.
The media could not be loaded. I desperately need this to keep from freezing to death! The product put out heat, but not enough because all the panels would not work if it had worked it would’ve been a great product And I bought two! Both was defective!

  • Best solution for emergency heat.
First, yes, his heater is designed to have the pilot on all the time. Let's get that out of the way. I bought this with the intent that if life is good, I'll never use it. Having a full electric house, this heater is what I need in case the worst happens. I took it out of the box, unfolded the sides, hooked up the hose, and fired it up. I let it run for 20 minutes, turned it off, disconnected the hose, folded it up, and put it back in the box. Note as fully assembled, it's won't fold up but that's reasonable. I didn't assemble the screws and wheels when I tested. Also, this thing is an OSHA nightmare as you aren't really supposed to use a 20lb tank in your house, but for emergency heat, it's ideal. If you are going to use this in the house as a consistent source of heat, find a way to run the a longer hose through a wall and keep the big tank outside. ... show more
