I bought this heater for my finances greenhouse back in September 2023 and it only lasted until the begining of January 2024!!! The switch the controls the temperature broke!! At first this heater did a pretty good job keeping our little 10' greenhouse warm and I did like it until now. I went and bought a different heater of a different brand to pair with this one because I live in a very cold state during the winter and literally the very day I received my new heater this one took a crap!!! Thank God I bought a different brand. I realized it wasn't heating up and that the knob seemed to be loose and when I picked it up I heard something inside the control panel rattling around and it turned out to be the metal piece the knob makes contact with to control the heat had broken off and was just laying inside. DO NOT BUY THIS HEATER SPEND THE EXTRA $40-$50 TO GET A BETTER BRAND!!! NO WONDER AMAZON PUT A NOTIFICATION UP SAYING THAT THIS ITEM IS FREQUENTLY RETURNED!!!! AND OF COURSE THIS DANG THING BREAKS AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW IS CLOSED SO NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP. IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD BUT SINCE I HAVE TO GIVE IT AT LEAST ONE STAR JUST TO POST THIS REVIEW THEN I GUESS THATS WHAT IT GETS!!! Now I either have rig this switch up to make it work, or replace it the switch, or just spend more money to buy another heater to we can put up our new 20' greenhouse to keep it warm because it absolutely has to have at least 2 heaters to keep it warm. ... show more

The fan barely blows and produces very little heat. Looks awesome but its more like a 500 watt heater! After further use of this product I have changed my mind. It works fine, it just takes awhile to heat up. Its doing a great job in my greenhouse!

The heater worked fine for my 160sqft greenhouse. However, it only lasted for 3 seasons. It worked well throught the coldest nights but failed when the temps weren't the coldest. I lost some plants because the heating coil stopped working. Instead of the heater shutting off completely, the fan still ran so it appeared as though all was well until I saw dead plants. I tried a couple of heaters in my greenhouse and this one wins by a mile. It has a dial to adjust the temperature but it is perfect for this spot because it is waterproof and I have sprayers that water about every other day. In Ref. the title here; I used it to try to heat up a 10ft X 12ft bedroom hoping to get rid of a bed bug issue. I doubt it worked, although I haven't seen any bugs given their name where I should but I also sprayed like crazy, new bedding, blankets, and sheets washed and dried in a commercial washer and dryer, so that may have helped. However, upon shutting off the fan and then unplugging it, I noticed that the plug going into the wall outlet was warm to the touch! Apartment AC outlets SHOULD in the United States, out 110~120 volts of power and thus being sufficient to run this fan - OR, the fan is lacking in engineering in a manner that I am not aware of.
