These orthotics, while not made from individual casts, work well. They are sturdier than the last couple of prescribed orthotics I paid many times more for, and the discomforts which led me to get fitted in the first place have not come back.

I have plantars fasciitis and I work up to 10 hr days delivering packages for Amazon. These insoles definitely help with planters. I’m a big guy weighing at 320 lbs these are a life saver.

    • Go barefoot/zero drop instead of...
...buying these insoles, which are like a using a wheelchair for your already weak feet. The key is to reverse the damage your bad shoes have done to your feet your entire life. Barefoot is where it's at! I suffer from a collapsed arch over time and bought these great insole thinking this was the answer. While they do provide maximum support and feel great, it's keeping my feet weak. I need to strengthen my feet not coddle them in wool and bubble wrap. The solution... Get used to walking barefoot around the house as much as possible and do specific exercises to strengthen your toes and feet. Learn to walk differently so that your KNEES are always aligned OVER YOUR TOES. Don't let your fet pronate. Over time, you can strengthen them to the point of not needing arch support insoles. ... show more

I purchased two pairs to switch off with my daily work shoes. They fit great and the cushion is very comfortable considering I walk on a concrete floor over eight hours a day. This was also a good value because my previous inserts I purchased from my podiatrist cost twice as much.
