  • ***Great product and GREAT customer service! ***
I have had this walking for nine months and for nine months, I have told everybody I see how much I love it, and I really do love it, however, it is not going to last. The belt is slipping to the left and his ruining the belt. I have adjusted multiple times multiple ways according to the manufacturer suggestions. Continues to slip to the left and his rubbing breaking down the belt. It’s very loud now as a result I’m past the return window so that is not an option. If I can find a solution I would give this five stars because I really do love this walking pad , I love that it folds and can fit easily into my den or under my bed EDIT: After writing the review I found an email and reached out to the company. So far they have been very responsive to help me resolve this issue. Increasing the stars and will update later with the results. EDIT: The company has been VERY responsive and so helpful. They are shipping me a replacement! I am so happy, because I really do LOVE this walking pad, and I have been using it every day since I bought it. I love buying from a company that stands by its products. Don't hesitate to buy this walking pad, especially if you have limited space like me. It really has been the perfect solution for me! ... show more

  • Exactly What You Wanted for Making Your Standing Desk a Treadmill Desk
This thing has worked great for me! It honestly was exactly what I was looking for when I decided I should be getting a little extra workout while working. I also think some of the harsher reviews here need countering. --I have used this for hours per weekday for a few months while working on the computer at my standing desk. It seems to work just as well as when I got it. After moving the pad around to where I stayed for the holidays, the motor did make some weird noises, but after experimenting with repeatedly turning it off and on and moving the belt around, that went away and has not come back. --It is quite good for burning extra calories, but really don't think of it is a substitute for exercising and eating well...more of a supplement. Nothing replaces getting your heart rate up and muscles taxed. --The remote works well (I recall it was possible to set up with a phone as the remote but I didn't bother--for security reasons, I don't like connecting stuff to my phone/WiFi/etc. if I do not have to). --Manual mode is great and easily works at speeds as low as 0.5 mph, if you wanted that (I do 2-2.5mph). Adjustments are in 0.5 mph increments, so no 1.9 mph or whatever available. There is an automatic mode that adjusts speed depending on where you strike the pad, but not sure why you'd want something that speeds up and slows down on you when you're trying to just consistently walk while working. --If you have not tried a treadmill desk and are wondering how doable it is to walk while you work, you do get used to it pretty fast. I only really turn it down when I am thinking hard (strangely makes one want to stand still), or when I am on certain phone or video calls where it could be distracting (it is just loud enough people will hear you using it, and of course people can see you bobbing back and forth on a video call). --The folding works well, and is pretty simple. (I saw a review saying that their copy of the pad gets stuck partway unfolded...all that person needs to do is just push the pad all the way flat.) It's easy enough to use the wheels to roll it short distances; actually lifting and moving it is surprisingly heavy. There's really no installation other than moving it into location. --I saw reviews of this product or another in the same line complaining about the belt getting caught in the side of the product. That's silly. It is easy to re-center the belt--just fold up the walking pad part way so the belt goes slack and...move the belt to the center. --I am on the high end of supported weights, so I like to have only one foot on it (one off to the side on the ground supporting most of my weight) when it starts. I figure that helps stress the motor less by letting it get up to speed a bit without me on it. No idea if it's necessary, but thought I'd note it. --I find the motor pretty quiet, but it's still audible. ... show more

  • Bought in march, Died in June
It worked fine and was decent enough. Then, two months later from purchase it started to make noises, the treads would not move or would move with great strain and then it died completely. Would not turn on. Disappointing as it only survived, from purchase ( needed to be shipped) on march 14th, to June 20th. UPDATE - They had me provide video of the issue and after some time said to remove the Front board and circuit board inside and they would send me a replacement. After trying to install the replacement parts the machine did the same thing, Struggled to work. Power cycled and died and will no longer turn on again. Requesting a full refund or replacement. Will update on their response. Hopefully this was not a tactic to get me to void the warranty in order to not be responsible to replace my machine or refund me. ... show more

  • *UPDATED* Received S1 Model - Not C2
***Update*** The WalkingPad team has been very helpful and forthcoming with this situation. It turns out the S1 sold here is the new/updated model and is essentially the same as the global C2 release. However, in the US they stuck with the S1 name. The listing here has been updated to reflect this, and it is no longer listed as the C2. All in all, this is a great product and it is the perfect addition for a standing desk. While the treadmill is fantastic, I am rating it 4 stars because the app does not work well. It is buggy, lacking features and does not share walking activity with Google Fit, even though accounts are linked and integrated. I have the older R1 Pro treadmill from WalkingPad and I see the same behavior there as well using the app, activity is never shared with Google Fit. Aside from that, the hardware itself is fantastic :) Old review: Received S1 NOT the C2. The older S1 appears to be from an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign from 2020. The newer C2 is supposed to be lighter, sleeker, etc. ... show more

  • Compact! Comfortable! Cute!
The walking pad is a dream! It has been easy to use, with a remote that lets Your toggle from “automatic” setting to “manual” setting. The automatic setting adjusts based on your personal pace. The manual setting allows for you to control the speed as you go. I could even do a lite jog with the highest speed setting. I especially appreciate how compact and easy it is to store. We live in a tiny apartment and the walking pad fits comfortably under our couch. It’s also comfortable enough that I can often use it bare footed when doing my early morning walks. The overall look of the walking pad is very sleek and subtle—just quaint and cute enough for our little space. ... show more
