The screen is really easy to read and the speed can go rather high for running. You can use the remote to turn it on/off and increase/decrease the speed. It also pairs with an app where you can select from a lot of different workouts. Some workouts have immersive scenic videos that are fun to watch while walking. Man..what a disappointment!! I had to return this item for being faulty & I don't trust them to send me another that will work correctly. After looking through all the different kinds of "Under the Desk" treadmill's & reading reviews I decided on this one. People seemed happy with the item and the pricing was ok..not too high not too low. It took me 2 weeks to get the item even though I am a PRIME member(that happens sometimes) I was so happy when I arrived the other day. Brought it inside, unboxed it, read EVERYTHING, Pluged it in & gave it a go. Mind you.. I got it specifically for the incline and the speed, as I am a brisk walker. I started off at a moderate pace and gradually increased my speed & pace. Well the belt kept sliding off to one side making a LOUD HORRIBLE sound and the belt I could see was becoming injured. Went to manual. It suggested to use Allen Key to adjust walking belt. I had to do this SEVERAL times (5 to 6) and each time after the walking belt just moved to one side or another. The walking belt was starting to become frayed from rubbing on the side of the unit. I am so heart broken. I am also afraid to order another brand, Will they all do this???? Now I have to box this thing up and lug it down to my Amazon Keyosk to return it. It big and bulky and I am an old lady. I live in a southern state & this year has been particularly hot outside and unbearable to walk a great distance for exercise, especially if your of a certain age. I just wanted to be able to get my walks in but I guess I'm back to the ol' drawing board. What a let down. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a walking pad that is basically plug and use. It's so simple to use that a quick glance at the quick start guide is all you need to get started. The number sections from left to right are: miles walked, speed, countdown timer, and calories burned. They thought of everything; the remote comes with a battery already loaded and a spare is included as well. The remote is magnetic so you can just store it right on it and always know where it's at. The changing light strip is a nice touch. The treadmill feels sturdy and of premium quality. It runs quiet. There are two rubber "legs" which stabalize the pad and absorbs the motion. The pad does not slip on my laminate floor. I like how it counts and beeps before it starts. I like how it slows down when turning it off instead of just stopping like some treadmills do. I like how it has preset modes and how you can change within the preset mode if it is too fast or slow for you. This walking pad has wheels on the front so you can easily move it from room to room or slide it under a couch. It has an oil reservoir to keep the belt running smoothly.
