Mine came all aligned, don't almost throw away the oil it came with like I did. Simple, it works. Max is 3.8 which can be a brisk walk.

I've been wanting a walking pad so I could get rid of my huge treadmill. This one is just right. Easy to move, doesn't "slip" when you are walking, remote control works well. So far I'm really happy with this!

The media could not be loaded. Everything you'd expect and more. They even provided an extra battery for the remote and two bottles of lubricant for the walker (and instructions on when and how to apply it). The walker feels smooth and is nice to use while watching TV. The only thing I noticed is that when you pause, and hit play again, the speed resets. So you'll have to use the remote to adjust the speed back up. Makes sense for safety reasons. All in all, very turnkey product and I'm happy with it. ... show more

The portability is a huge plus. I can easily move it from one room to another and even store it under my bed when not in use. I try my best to get 10k steps in a day and this definitely helps when I'm able to take a quick 10 minutes break from work.
